Although the staff is respectful, I found their pricing scheme wholly unethical. They were trying to increase the price of the vehicle over the advertised... price by some $2,000 in additional coverage on windshield and the like as well as another several hundred more dollars in "documentation fees" and "dealer fees". Also, I believe the car I was looking at had significant body damage that was not disclosed evidenced by an indicator light, engine vibration and their own shop report replacing body parts on the car.

I took my vehicle in for a "physical" as I was leaving on some long trips for safety reasons. The service representative made so many excuses as to why... my vehicle wasn't being taken care of. I had to call him after a couple of days to find out if the parts were in so I could get an appointment for the repairs. He told me that it should be a one maybe part of a second day repair job, four days later I finally got my vehicle. He actually told me that there had been so many walk-ins that they couldn't get it done, another day was that they had been short handed, the next day was he would call me back in a few minutes and after almost 4 hours I called him back, then my vehicle still wasn't done as they needed to do the front end alignment and paperwork. I had to ask him three times to have some one check my spare tire because the low pressure sensor was lit. Makes me wonder what else wasn't checked. When I went to finally pickup my vehicle the invoice had extra parts on it that weren't supposed to be installed so he was going to correct that and email me thst day the correct copy along with the list of items that had been inspected. That was three days ago and I still haven't received it. It seemed like they had my vehicle already so it could be put on the back burner whenever someone else came in. I am concerned now as to what kind of a repair jobs were done and I say that regretfully as I come from a family of mechanics and I know how hard they work. But the service representative either needs more training in customer service or an assistant as he is so very very busy.
They exceeded our expectations. Damion and the Finance manager went above and beyond all our demands. Ignore the bad reviews on the service department,... they go trid of the bad eggs and now service is exceptional. Thanks for everything guys!

Worst experience ever. I purchased a Dodge Charger online for my sister whom lives in another state. We made the deal online and she came into town 2... days later to pick up the car. Imagine our surprise when the car was filthy, oil wasn’t changed, leaves were under the hood, missing paint down to metal on back and door and the door chip was rusting. Inside carbon fiber cover damaged. Managers had all kinds of excuses but when we were going to leave without the car they agreed to fix the issues. After extending her stay, she went to pick up the car. Inside wasn’t even touched and someone haphazardly added paint to fix the two dents. This entire experience has been horrific. We are looking at BBB complaint and legal action, this is beyond the worst experience ever. Before you decide to come here, do homework and read the reviews. This was such bad customer service lies and unbelievably bad all around. Don’t make the same mistake and save yourself aggravation.

Working with the sales person was enjoyable, but things when downhill in the finance and delivery process. I was paying cash for the vehicle and waited... for three hours before someone in finance could see me. The finance process itself took about five minutes. However, the finance person failed to collect county sales tax. I found this out when the title application paperwork was FedEx-ed to my house, after the temp plates expired, with no explanation as to why it was never filed. The clerk at the DMV told me that the county sales tax was not collected at the time of the sale. The honest approach would have been to include a letter explaining why the title application had not been properly submitted. At the time of delivery, two of the dealer installed options were left uninstalled (navigation system and locking lug nuts). Both were easy to install, taking me about 5 minutes in total, but should have been done by the dealer. If you live in Colorado Springs and want a Volvo or Mazda, do yourself a favor and drive to Denver to buy it.

Disappointed I had to even give one star. By far the WORST experience of my life. I have never had such problems with any company and for being my first... car purchase I can assure you I will never recommend this place of business and am regretting ever walking onto their lot. Between having the check engine light on the first time I start it after signing papers and the nearly 10 times it has come BACK on since and had to be towed once to their store to being charged nearly 2 thousand MORE than the listed price online(which I didn’t notice till 2 weeks later and they had to write me a check. Not covering the interest I’m now having to pay on their mess up might I add) I have left more messages for people there than I have for any reason in my life. Which of course haven’t been returned aside from Ivan who has been my one and only savior. I’ve had two occasions where I have driven over an hour to pick up my vehicle only to get there and be told it’s not ready. Now today Wednesday (I dropped the vehicle off Sunday night) after realizing there wasn’t any oil even showing on the dip stick and burning through 3 quarts of oil in the 1 week after they are still trying to diagnose the problem and the gentleman in the service department who told me he would call me with an update actually went home before even attempting to let me know a simple status update and the lady on the phone had no info to give. I had wanted to wait till my issues had been resolved for fear of retaliation in some way since they still have my vehicle before I posted a review. But after making 5 calls to finally learn the man I was waiting for a call from had went home i I’ve finally had enough. There is no communication whatsoever and a total lack of regard in the finance department. Do yourselves a favor and stay far far away unless you want a vehicle that has the check engine light on more times than not and to be overcharged and not even an apology in return. The sad part is I haven’t even had the car long enough to put plates on it... now let’s see how long the service department has it this time.
