First and foremost, Advantage is the most pro...fessional and friendly Hyundai dealership on Long Island. Upon my arrival, I was immediately escorted by a Hyundai representative to conduct a walk-through of my vehicle. Within ten minutes, my vehicle was inspected and I was free to renew my lease or walk away (unlike others dealerships, Advantage does not pressure you into purchasing/leasing a new vehicle against your will). In view of this pleasant turn-in experience, I decided to re-new my lease with Advantage Hyundai for a 2018 Elantra. This is when I encountered Barry Goldstein. Immediately, I was seated and offered a bottle of water to drink. After reviewing vehicle prices/packages for the 2018 Elantra, Barry Goldstein helped me identify the most affordable lease options according to my financial limitations. Within an hour (compared to several hours at other Hyundai dealerships), Barry had assisted me in choosing an affordable lease agreement -- an agreement I was still comfortable with as I walked away. I called the service department at 4:20pm and attempted to arrange to bring my vehicle in for three recalls. I spoke with a female "Masio" and asked i...f I could have a loaner car available when I dropped the car off. She told me the car would have to be diagnosed first and then if a loaner was available I could have one. I explained that the car is going in for recalls so they know whats wrong with it and I would like to have a loaner so I wouldn't miss work. She placed me on hold for 30 minutes when I asked to speak to a service advisor, and proceeded to hang up on me when she accidentally picked up. I tried to call back and was immediately placed on hold again. My wife had to call from a different number and "Masio" answered again my wife asked if she knew about the situation, she pretended she was someone else and told her the service advisor went home at 5:00pm, while I was on hold.
