I delt mainly with Zack Bannon but everyone was very help and accommodating. Zack is obviously dedicated to ensuring his customer's complete satisfaction. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him and Carmax to anyone.

The experience was up-front, no pressure and typical dealer antics. I had all the time I needed to think and look at cars. The purchase process was simple with no surprises.

This was about as quick and easy as a car purchase could possibly be. From first contact to final signature, the whole thing took about two hours. Super impressive! We walked in not expecting much.... we never do. But all expectations were absolutely exceeded.

This was as painless as a car-buying experience could be. It's always time-consuming with all the paperwork and tedium but the team at this Carmax made it palatable. Even when there were snafus with DMV paperwork (that they had nothing to do with) they were helpful and patient. I'd gladly go back and recommend them highly.

Teejon was absolutely amazing! The other staff and management was also very helpful, only thing is they left the tracker in my car and told me I could get gas when dropping it off and the manager we spoke to when we came back told me to come back again. -_-
