I have dealt with Holler since 1978 when it was a Chevrolet only dealership. I have bought trucks, vans, and now Hyundais Holler. I have been treated the same as in 78 to 2024. Great deals, great salesmen, and great service

Holler Hyundai service department is NOT service oriented

Holler Hyundai service department is NOT service oriented at all! The dealer schedules your appt time then they make you wait 20 minutes before they wait on you. The service sept told me I needed and new power window motor and two new brackets. Just the parts were $840.00 they would NOT give me a quote to complete the job. So I took it to another licensed mechanic and it’s NOT the power window motor at all but the power window switch and labor and materials are half the cost of just the parts that holler Hyundai quoted. ALWAYS GET a second opinion!

Waited for 51/2 hours.

Waited for 51/2 hours. When I called later in the day and spoke to the service manager she kept repeating all the issues. She said I let you speak now let me and I said but you are just repeating the same thing. I assume that angered he and she hung up on me. I was hoping she would take my name and tell number and when the next service came around give me a little priority . I said I wouldn?t buy Hyundai again and she said I don?t care I work for Holler! Winter Park Holler Hyundai. Worst service experience I have ever had! So sorry I didn?t stay with Nissan!
