I paid almost $900, to replace a part that costs $10,

I paid almost $900, to replace a part that costs $10, which had a recall on it, and took 4 days to get my car back, and no loaner

Service was abominable.

Service was abominable. They communicate great reminding you of your "appointment." They didn't even start looking at my vehicle until 3 hours after the "appointment." It was returned with the same dirt it came in with. With my previous Hyundai dealers I could always count on my vehicle being returned clean inside and out, and with all fluids topped off, and multi-point inspection sheet filled out.

Sales team is fantastic.

Sales team is fantastic. Very disappointed with service. Given analogies to a problem that made us feel that they did not care when there was a known issue discussed on forum for the car. Was even advised there was another car with known issue.
