Service department does not keep customers updated and

Service department does not keep customers updated and routine maintenance takes way too long, even when I have a scheduled appointment. They don't have any staff to handle emergency repairs. I spent nearly six hours to have my battery system tested and the battery. replaced. I have extended warranty and Service coverage. I have not been impressed with the way the coverage is treated by Service representatives.

Great Service and Inventory

Francisco made the buying process super easy. Everyone was great and super friendly in the store. They also had great inventory. It was nice to have a variety to choose from!
