The service department has a problem returning phone calls as I explained to the gentleman who called me on yesterday. I called about the service I had... done at Owens Murphy two months prior. I left message and never hear back when their was also a major recall on my truck. I called a gentleman yesterday about an issue we discussed but still haven’t heard back yet. He had my truck longer than he said because of that issue. I have questions but can’t get a call back. Very disappointed.

We were in search of a new vehicle and we are so happy that we chose Owens Murphy. We had such a great experience on our test drive with Mr. Zachary he... was very knowledgeable. I don’t think I have ever experienced a more thorough test drive than this one. He answered questions, showed us all the features that were available on the vehicle as well as a demonstration of the vehicle performance. David A and Angie S (helped me to get everything set up in the vehicle, and scheduled my first service) were also very helpful with locating vehicles for us to drive and assisting with making the right decision, landing us the biggest bang for the money. We decided on the 2019 Atlas. These individuals mentioned went the extra mile to make us very satisfied customers. We will not hesitate to become repeat customers. We received Phenomenal service and excellent customer care. Ray and Dustin thank you for spending time with us going over numbers and other products that are offered. My brakes are squeaking and they won't fix it because no lights are on to indicate a problem. It will die in gear and the display will reset itself for... no reason.
Thank you for letting us know the issues with your vehicle. We did look up the vehicle that you purchased from Bill White VW. We were unable to dupl...icate the issues you were having with the vehicle. The other issues were not covered by warranty and should be addressed by Bill White the selling dealer.
The dealership is excellent. But since the diesel engine emissions had to be repaired, the car turned into a LEMON!! MPG DECREASED by 10 miles per gallon.... MAJOR CATASTROPHIC repairs required. All costing THOUSANDS of dollars. (Still under warranty thank goodness) Warranty about to run out, so I got rid of that car before it cost me!! I will never trust Volkswagen again! The best car I ever had turned into a nightmare!!
We've never had a faster, easier, more pleasant car buying experience! For us, the used car buying process usually takes months of research and searching,... and we completely avoid dealerships due to some prior unpleasant experiences with pushy, dishonest salesmen (at other dealerships). However, this experience completely changed our perspective. My husband saw a vehicle online on a Friday afternoon and sent a request for more information. Owens Murphy saleman David Arnold responded and communicated back and forth with my husband through the evening and next morning, answering all of his questions and agreeing to my husband's price point. Saturday morning we test drove the vehicle, and we ended up purchasing it on the spot. There was zero pressure, and Mr. Arnold was very upfront, pleasant and helpful. I would gladly do business with David Arnold and Owens Murphy again without any hesitation.
My review is based on an online shopping experience. I was shopping from out of state and saw something that really caught my eye. I had been looking already... for a couple weeks and the amount of dealers who are unable to deal with online/out of state shoppers in 2019 is staggering. I had a pretty low bar, figuring it takes about six e-mails back and forth to get most of the information I need. Well, I reached out and received a response on the availability extremely quickly. I sent over my laundry list of questions and I received another lightning quick response from David Arnold in sales. He provided an answer to every question, copies of their inspection results, and a copy of the AutoCheck. Boom, everything I needed in one response. Fast, informative, and professional. How refreshing is that? I was blown away. We spoke on the phone about a few other details and he was exremely helpful. All the preliminary work on a deal was done in hours rather than days. I couldn't recommend the dealer, and David in particular, any higher. I would have zero hesitation shopping with them again. Easily the most straightforward experience I have had with a dealer in many years.
Owens Murphy was able to work me in the morning after the 4th for a quick repair on my car. I was in and out very quick. The store is under construction,... but all the people were extremely pleasant.
SHAM, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OR HAVE ANYTHING SERVICED HERE. Bought a 2009 V eos in Feb with just 44k miles. When serviced 3 months later for the 50k check... up, they broke something oil related. When I picked up the car, they quoted me with $1200 in oil related repairs. They left the check engine light on. Of course I drive on. 1.5 Months (literally July 3rd before I am to leave on a trip) later and the car stalls out and now the EPC light is on. This is a sham dealer, selling lemon cars and inflating their service quotes. Absolute crap when a 50k service (which was just an oil change and a car wash where they did not even open a door and do anything inside) was $299....???? STAY AWAY, any Lemon Lawyer out there please feel free to contact me. I am a professor at HSU, Dr. Mark Mosser, I WILL PUT MY NAME TO THIS you can find the rest.
