My car's problem is somewhat unusual, but the employees tackle the problem with a great deal of thought and do all they can to solve the problem. Bought a car
I shopped for 2 months,9 different dealerships in the okc area,one being byford Buick.as a previous customer I looked at a 2008 Lincoln mix,one owner very nice for the 10 yrs.I dealt will will in sales,don in finance/mtg and finally bought the car on Feb 28.on the way home from the dealer the brakes acted up.I returned the car back to service.Rob in service replaced the master cylinder no charge.I was happy.I found out a few days later there was an active Tamara airbag recall on the right from passenger since 7-16.this has never been replaced either by the owner or the dealer.further the dealer at the time of sale never disclosed info about the airbag recall or the car having been in a rear end collision.also adding when I financed the deal with the dealer and chisholm trail financial,I agreed to by monthly pymt total of 48.when I finally received the paperwork it showed by wkly pymts.that causes several months of the yr having 3 pymts in the same month.being paid social security once a month,not able to find work,this sets me up to failure.what a disappointment overall.I won't refer anyone to the dealer nor will I buy anymore cars from them.if I had known this was going to turn out this way I wldnt have bought the car.Rob in service does care abt the customers.I thought the others did also since I met Randy byford the owner when I bought my first car.now I'm going to try and sell the car to pay off my loan be done with the deal.
