Needed a new truck after owning a Ford F 150 standard cap for 5 years, needed second row of seats for grandchildren
I have been looking for a Ford explorer for a couple of years. Really didn't like the hood design on the 2019 down so wouldn't buy one. Well with the new... hood design and ST sport package... I loved it. This is coming from a person that purchased a new 2008 Ford Mustang ....still have it and still drive it. Love that body style. Would love to see a more retro looking body style for us old school Mustang lovers. Granted we are truly a family that loves FORD. Excellent job on the changes to the Ford Explorer. A couple of more comments.... First time I had seen Lincoln's on a Ford dealership lot... So I decided to drive one.. drove two different vehicles... Good ride but didn't like the big empty open space under the console. Not sure what I would put there.. would be hard to get to and if I did put something there I would want it to be enclosed so you couldn't see want was there. Well.. this was my chance to tell FORD our options and is coming from a family that are long time FORD people. Keep up the good work and at least consider info. We love the keyless entry. For the dealership.. they were wonderful to deal with and love the fact they had been selling FORD for so long. Also loved that in the show room the older and new cars to look at. Awesome!!! FORD Tough and Strong!!!

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. It took me nearly a week to close the deal and I really appreciated the patience of the staff.... Trella was awesome she went over the entire car for me along with setting up my phone and door lock code and even taking the time to set up my seat position! Went from an Audi A4 to a Lincoln MKC and am very happy with the car and really happy to have Ballentine Ford taking care of my future service needs.
