Hatchett Hyundai West

This is the 4th car I have purchased since I lost my husband. This was the best experience so far. I will recommend your dealership (and my salesman) to friends and family.

This is the third new car that I have bought, second Hyundai. This was the best experience I have had buying a car. I would have no hesitation in coming back to this dealership when needing a new car.

This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and the 2nd from Heather Cusick. The customer service at this dealership is outstanding and the Hyundai products are very reliable. We use the service department for maintenance and the customer service in this department is also outstanding. We will continue to use Heather Cusick and this dealership for future purchases.

Jamie Ortiz was able to answer my questions and followed up after my purchase. He went over features and maintenance and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process.

I just leased my second Santa Fe. The turn in and re-lease experience went very smooth with no hick ups. John, Craig, Danny, and Chad were awesome! John is a great salesman! Not one time did he pressure me into the buying process. He is very knowledgeable of the Hyundai products and down home. I recommend anyone who is interested in buying a Hyundai to ask for John Olson.

I was in and out in 3-4 hours. All of my questions were answered, all of my needs were met, and my family and I were comfortable while waiting. Not once did we feel pressured, nor did we receive any foul looks or deep sights when we said no to a service. We also had an issue with the rear windshield that they said they would fix; we were contacted in a few days to get it scheduled. Not needing a car for a while, but Schofield is at the top of the list when we are in the market again.

We are so thankful for Craig Keith and everyone else who went above and beyond to help us in our time of need! They know their business and provided exactly what we needed in a timely, professional and direct manner. There were no hassles and no stress...we now have a beautiful car sitting in our driveway! Eric Smith was the best car salesman we have ever worked with when purchasing a car. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. We had recently had a bad experience with another car dealership. The treatment we received from Eric gave us a renewed view of how pleasant purchasing a car should be. When purchasing another car, we will definitely go back to Eric and Scholfield Hyundai.

Dan Erwin was fantastic helping us find a pre-owned car for our son. Very helpful and knowledgeable, and he worked hard to get us the best deal possible. We worked out a great package together for my son on a nice little Ford, with absolutely no pressure or "car salesmen" tactics. The only reason we didn't buy the car from Dan (which I strongly recommended to my son), was because Scholfield did not have a good used "muscle car" in my son's price range at the moment. Since I let my teenage son make the final choice of several cars at different dealerships, he ended up choosing a "cool" muscle car at another dealer in town which will not serve him as well as the more "practical" car at Scholfield, but when it comes to cars and teenage boys, they make their choices from the heart instead of the head. I have another son who may be needing another pre-owned car soon, and if he does, I will take him straight to Dan. Great salesman, and great dealership. I highly recommend.

Our experience with Eric Smith was probably the best we have ever had when looking for and purchasing a car. He was very helpful without being too pushy. He let us take our time deciding what we wanted and answered all of our questions we had about the car. We would definitely recommend him and the Hyundai West dealership as everyone was very nice and helpful and made our car buying experience pleasant.
