Our salesperson, Matt Watson, was fantastic!!! Not a 'pushy salesperson' but an individual that truly had our best interest at heart. He wanted us to have what we wanted, not what he had to sell. His customer service is off the chart. the total buying experience was exceptional because of Matt. Thank you -

Great Experience !

we came in to look at a Hyundai as recommended by our son. We had a car in mind that we were interested in. We found our car right away. John was our salesman. He was friendly and efficient. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were thinking about. We love our new Tucson! It is so comfortable to ride in. This is what we wanted. Easy and relaxed process

Recommended by family to come to this dealership to look for a newer vehicle. John Olson helped me search for something that I was looking for and kept me updated on anything coming in that would catch my interest. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. I would definitely recommend Hyundai West to anyone in the market for a different vehicle.

Great Experience

Lonnie had contacted me about trading in my 2008 Elantra. We had been looking to purchase another vehicle as we were planning on giving the Elantra to our granddaughter. Lonnie was the best Salesman I have ever dealt with. We didn't know for sure what we wanted so we drove a variety of vehicles on the lot. He was so patient and understanding and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the choice we made no matter how long it took (and it took a while). He was very knowledgeable about everything he showed us. He was late to one of his children's school programs (which I felt bad about)but still took the time to show us all about the interior of the car and to instruct us on the bluetooth for my cell phone! What a great buying experience this was and we will be back when we need another car! Glenda

Fantastic Car Buying Experience!

Just drove by the lot and decided to stop and see what was there not really intending to buy anything. Fell in love with the pretty blue Sonata!. We met Bill Stout right away and he was friendly and very helpful in figuring out what we wanted/ needed. We were trading our 2005 Durango for a smaller vehicle so it was a big decision and big deal for us. I was very impressed with the trade in offer and the over all experience! Bill Stout and Kurt Bull were both terrific and we will definitely recommend Wichita Hyundai to everyone we know.

Good Job

This is our 2nd Hyundai in 2 years and 2nd time dealing with Matt for our Salesman. I had emailed Matt the day before and told him what we were looking for and he came in early the next day to meet with us on his normal morning off. Walked us around the lot and pulled out a car for us to drive and that was all it took for my husband to buy. Matt knew what he wanted and knew we were not there to play games. Great deal on a lease!

A week ago I didn't know Bill Stout. When I walked on the lot in West Wichita he was friendly and patient in helping me find the car that was right for me. A week and many test drives later, I am the proud owner of a Hyundai. I would highly recommend Bill Stout as he has exemplary customer service skills and is willing to work to get you a good deal!

Dishonest

To put it short I was offered $14,000 for a 2007 Yukon Denali with 92,000 miles that has a sunroof, navigation, third row seat while they asked $11,995 for a 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe LT with 127,000 miles. After I found this out from my wife I attempted to speak to Spencer Cusick, sales manager about this he told me it was due to the market. After I told him he was full of it he then hung up on me. I've attempted to contact the General sales manager Trey Cusick and have not received a call back after leaving a message. I have purchased a total of three vehicles from Scholfield, one form Hyundai East and two from Scholfield GMC and had a pleasant experience each time. Honestly, I hope to never hear from Hyundai West store, they're not honest and treat people as if they are stupid.

Dealer response

We always try to provide the best customer service possible and we wish you had a better experience dealing with us. We review the market on every trade and see what comparable vehicles are being purchased at by other dealers so we can be competitive when we go to resell. Unfortunately, that figure doesn't always match up to the customer's expectations. In those cases, through reasonable conversation, we try and accommodate to the best of our ability. We apologize we were not able to have that opportunity in this case and we do hope to have the chance to earn your business again in the future.

A refreshing change!

This is our 3rd Hyundai from Scholfield Hyundai West. We live on the east side of Wichita, but we choose to drive to Scholfield Hyundai West to conduct our business! They are very friendly, courteous and helpful. They answer our questions, even when we ask them more than once! We have sent several co-workers and friends to Scholfield West.
