This was the "BEST" car buying experience I've ever had.I filled out an online application and the next day I was contacted by Don Massey. Even though I told him I had been having a hard time trading my car,he said come on up,he was sure he could get me a deal.I informed him that we lived about an hour and fifteen minutes away and didn't want to take that ride and not get a deal made,once again Don said come on up.Upon arriving we were met by our salesman Adam Delk who was already familiar with our situation.He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man.He was very friendly.After asking what we were interested in,he pulled around my new vehicle, 2014 Jeep Patriot.The thing that impressed me most was not taking forever to do the paperwork. We went to ILDERTON today knowing we could walk out empty handed. We have made many mistakes in our lives and we are paying for it. We were told no by 2 dealerships in Kernersville. Decided to try one more time. Although we did not get what we went for. We understand that we have to prove ourselves to be choosy. Upon entering we explained our situation and never once did we feel like second class citizens. Adam Delk our salesman and the financing staff did backflips and jumped through hoops to get us a new car..after 8 hours and a small down payment we walked out with the keys to our 2017 Jeep Renegade! We were beyond pleased with everyone in this fine establishment! We will return for our cherokee before you know It!

Going in hoping for a better experience the seound go round. Being that the first time sales rep made promises to have dents and scratches taken care of on the chrslyer sebring that i got from them, that the manager didnt approve. So the reps manager made him make 2 of my car payments which were paid late which to me still wasn't good enough bc the seat belt was broken and other things to where i didnt fully have the car in my possession without having to go back and forth up there for a month or even longer. Having make so many arrangments and having 3 small ones was quite a struggle. So yea this secound time the Rep i got was very aggressive which in a since they have to be but they do mostly to women especially going by yourself. After going through the process to work towards payments i could afford its like he just kept getting upset bc im just like i cant do it i know what i can afford in my budget(why you mad) so goes to say we looking at the wrong car after aggressively snatching the paper up balling it up and throwing it in the trash . Im just looking like did he really just do this wow just in disbelief seriously. How we looking at the wrong car and i dont or didnt even know what you were tryna put me in from jump. Like that convo never happen. Thats one thing i hate dont put me in what you want to push, talk to me, see what i like dont like and what i need please. So the rep in up having to get the paper back out the trash. Heck after that i didnt even wonna work with him anymore like it was crazy.But. I work customer service and I know it can become alot but you not ever suppose to let the customer see that type of behavior. Overrall my experience just couldve been a whole lot better for real you have to know how to treat each group of customers that walk through your doors and not make them feel less important or that they dont deserve your best customer service requardless.
