8 months and car in the shop 4x! Sells lemons. Beware! 3rd day knew had problems. Told me it was all in my head.Day 10 transmission locked up.Along with... busted front axles.Also while in shop had a recall that was over looked . Of course the recall will cost me a price of a new motor! They should be ashamed to sell such junk!!!!!!!!

This was the "BEST" car buying experience I've ever had.I filled out an online application and the next day I was contacted by Don Massey. Even though... I told him I had been having a hard time trading my car,he said come on up,he was sure he could get me a deal.I informed him that we lived about an hour and fifteen minutes away and didn't want to take that ride and not get a deal made,once again Don said come on up.Upon arriving we were met by our salesman Adam Delk who was already familiar with our situation.He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man.He was very friendly.After asking what we were interested in,he pulled around my new vehicle, 2014 Jeep Patriot.The thing that impressed me most was not taking forever to do the paperwork. The place is a joke at best. If they had negative stars they would sure get it. There must be a ton of fake reviews on this place. I had terrible service... in 2008 and terrible service in 2019 so things don’t change. We made a 7:30am Monday appointment over the telephone which they stated you are pretty much going to be in and out the door on the same day. I had quite a few things to check out under warranty and they noted them on the work order. They stated that my vehicle would go directly back and have it’s oil changed and inspection done right away before they check everything. I told them I understand that some things are intermittent and I understand that if they can’t get to everything but complete the oil change and inspection and if they can’t get to the rest by Thursday I will bring it back. Two full days go by, they call at 3pm to ask me what I would like done by Thursday. I ask what has been done over the past two days. He tells me nothing has been done, it hasn’t even been pulled into the service area. What a joke. What’s the point of an appointment I asked. He stated that they don’t have a service manager right now like somehow that justifies doing nothing at all. I will never go to this dealer again for anything. I’ll Make sure to let everyone I know how much lack of service they have and will also call Chrysler customer care and tell them about my bad experience and lack of service. If they can’t fit you in on the day you make an appointment they should let you know that day. It would save people the hassle of juggling cars and tasks. Save yourself the trouble and make a trip to north point Chrysler in Winston. At least I picked my vehicle up so I would not have to deal with potentially inferior work done on the vehicle as well.

The best car buying experience I’ve had. Randolph was no-nonsense, not pushy, and did everything I asked. He even filled the truck’s tank- twice: Once... when I took it home, again when I brought it back in for requested work. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Randolph!
Excellent dealership with AWESOME customer service...Very informed about the vehicles they have on there lot....Very friendly and nice, not pushy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.......Most... salesmen are a pain in the butt and aggravate you as soon as they open there mouth !!!...LOL.....There sale force are awesome and go with the flow...They listen and go out of there way to make you comfortable..............
Don't ever buy a Jeep Cherokee Sport from this dealership!!!!!!!! Exactly ONE YEAR the jeep started showing SERVICE SHIFTER and all the light on the gear... shift were red. It did this 4 times I told them about it. They did nothing but tell me that they can't diagnosed what they can't see. That was by a service rep AL. They are liars and they will not fix your vehicle or write in the report the issues that you are having. When you take it for services they will do a oil changed and lie to you and say that your vehicle has a safe system and since it is a 4CLYR and take synthetic oil it burn fast and if the oil is low that it will turn off on you. Not on a 2017 that I only had 27,183 miles on it. This jeep cut completely off on me on the highway and across the screen it said: SHIFT TO PART OR NEUTRAL PRESS BRAKE + SELECT GEAR. The D was blinking on the screen and the gear shift. They had to have it towed to them when they got it they only did a oil change and then tell me to drive it another 1k mile to see if it fells there test and then they will put a new engine in it. Do they really think I am going to let them put a new engine in my jeep? No I don't trust them at all!!! No this Jeep almost killed me and all they care about is a test not my life and this came from a service rep Justin. He also told me that he did make the make why am I mad at him it's not his fault. WFT are you serious! Then the SERVICE SHIFTER did it again. Message them and all the said was did I drive it another 1k. I said no I am not going to and it turn off again. I only took my Jeep to them. I will never buy a anything for them or send anyone to them. I should of known better when the sales person lie about the backup camera. Worst dealership I ever been too!
Found and fixed multiple problems a body shop was unable to fix. Justin was friendly and professional. I would recommend these folks for your service needs.
