WiFi didn’t work, and I had to wait for my vehicle and planned to work from my laptop. A work station or counter height seating would be nice for people planning to wait and work off of a laptop or tablet. Waiting area could use a major update.

2008 Jeep Liberty Repair
One of the worst repair experienced I have had in over 40 years of owning motor vehicles. The service advisor, AJ, was terrible at communication. I had the vehicle towed in and provided two phone numbers to reach me. I informed them that the problem was likely the TIPM, which had failed before. When they decided to replace the negative cable and service the battery to restore power, he texted the suggested repair to my daughter. She forwarded the text to me and I called, several times, before finally reaching him and discussed and authorized that repair. It took several calls again to reach him for a status update the next day to have him say that they think the problem is the TIPM. Then is took until the next week, because he was off and no one else cared or covered his customers to get a response that Chrysler would not cover their part. I had to get the service manager Wes to call me to even get a status. The Jeep ran, but the mark up on the TIPM was over 50% of the MOPAR price and they lied to me on the power repair. They DID NOT replace the cable. They cut off the end and put a lead terminal on and replaced the battery, which was still serviceable, with a cheap 40 month MOPAR battery. They did not inform me of that until I read the invoice. They also charged me the core charge for the TIPM even though they kept the part. They did refund that $125 when I challenged them on that issue, but have yet to respond to my email on refunding the associated sales tax for the core charge. Overall I should have made the repair myself, saving money and time. These guys have NO CONCEPT of customer service.

Okay Experience
The service took 3 weeks and 3 full day appointment. They replaced many parts only to find out that what was wrong wasn’t any of those but instead something the installed incorrectly last time. I had to chase the service team around as they were unresponsive, don’t answer their phones and don’t reply using their texting system. Overall, they were generally hard to work with and not great at anything a service department does.

Can't get the title paperwork from the dealership
I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL back on March 31st 2018. Unfortunately Auto Nation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe has not yet completed the title paperwork for it as of 12 June 2018. I have tried calling multiple times to ascertain the situation without success. I can't get the paperwork needed to register the vehicle and I can't get an answer as to what the issue is. I find it difficult to believe the Auto Nation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe dealership does not even seem to be interested in resolving the problem for a $50K purchase--it does not take twelve weeks to complete a title. I have had to extend the temporary tag once and will have to extend it for a second time next week. I cannot recommend a dealership that refuses to engage with transparency and resolve issues. I paid the fee or the title and registration paperwork—I have not received it, I don’t know what the status is, and my calls are not returned.

Car Buying Experience
I recently purchased a vehicle from this location (two weeks ago). After several months of research, I finally found the one I wanted with all the options. Once I contacted the dealership, Levi Lutes was assisting me every step of the way. He already had the car parked out front to test drive, and he literally ran around to ensure that I was getting what I wanted. The finance department also offered to check for financing to beat the company that I went with (they have a history to beat out USAA). The vehicle's history was made transparent, and Levi took his time explaining all the paperwork and fine print on all documents. He really made this car buying experience enjoyable, and they really know how to take care of Veterans. Service department
Service department performed unauthorized repairs. Service performed, I am told is not reversible. Now I have to live with it for the next twenty years!!!! Thanks a lot ! The work I took it originally in for was done satisfactory. Just pissed the serviced department preformed additional work after expressly being told not to perform.

Wait is to long
I am going to purchase a new Jeep in couple of month ,I have an remarkable 2008 overland ! I can tell you after waiting 3 hours for a oil change . I will purchase it else where . I will make sure my business goes else where .

I came to get a oil change this morning at 10:45 am , it is now 1:46 horrible waiting time . I next time I will rethink and go else where I will not waste my whole day !!!!
