AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe

You can tell how good of dealership you are dealing with when their are problems. We had some mechanical issues with this used Jeep (2005 Rubicon). The bottom line to a long story was that the dealership made it right. I shopped here because they were a large dealership with a pretty good reputation. They were touting their multi-point inspection. They did a lot of the work just because it needed to be done. We may have paid a little bit more but they really fix the vehicle up nicely. I believe that it turned out to be a very good overall value. If you are worried about buying a used vehicle I can recommend this dealership for integrity.

We have ot needed any reoairs as of yet. But look forwars to servixing our Renegade here.

Joseph was wonderful to work with. He was attentive, transparent, honest and personable. He made what is generally an intolerable process very easy and pleasant. I have purchased many cars in the past and believe Joseph was the best I have worked with.

My wife and I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Auto Nation on Arapahoe. The salesman, Gary, was awesome. He showed us the models and colors we were interested in and was very knowledgeable about the different features found on each. The financing was quick and we drove our new car home in just a few hours.

The one complaint is that I had an appointment with a sales rep he was with another customer so they sent another sales rep to assist me. The car I wanted to see was on another lot and they needed to go get it. That took over an hour for the guy to come back with the car. At this point I was ready to leave and find another dealership. He finally showed up and I purchase the car.

Emily Absher is a terrific Sales Manager and executed perfectly in assisting Jon Charles and DJ in ensuring my experience was top notch. My first experience back at the service department was quick, painless, and pleasant--AJ Snyder is a great Service Advisor. For the most part everything went smooth from the time I walked in the dealership to purchase my car to leaving and then having service done. Ariel as part of service team was great. All of the people followed up. There was just a slight disconnect on an option purchased and being installed timely. I'm not sure if I didn't call back to find out the process if it would've fell through the cracks. Without this, I would rate 5 across the board. I was pleased with the urgency it was handled after I brought it to their attention.
