AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe

My experience was great with Autonation Chrysler and Jeep. The staff was awesome and very professional. They made my first time buying a brand new vehicle very enjoyable and a breeze. They were all knowledgeable.

Madison was great. Very helpful in getting me setup in my new Jeep. Pleasant to deal with and always returned my calls or emails. She is making sure I get a new key fob and 2016 owners manual. She also volunteered her time to train me on all this new technology. No high pressure and the price she showed me for my Jeep was the price I paid. Told her what I wanted and amount I would pay and she found my 2016 Jeep brand new. Pretty happy. I was pleased that the GM Steve called me the night after we stopped into the dealership. He thanked us for coming in and hoped to see us soon. We have bought our cars from AutoNation before. Arapahoe Chrysler Jeep was the least stressful of the AutoNation dealerships!

After a negative experience with a different dealership I was sceptical about going to another dealer but DJ turned it all around. He got me into the car I wanted witrout problems and even got me through the process in the time that I needed. Plus.... I love the car.

Great experience! Dealership team did an excellent job. Presented a lot of options to choose from. Finance team was quick and efficient. Salesman was helpful but not pushy. Has followed up several times to check up.

It was a nice place that got me in the car I'd like, however when I went to purchase the car I was there for about 4 hours, 2 of which were literally just waiting, and not at a busy time. Additionally, the finance department didn't understand the loan I secured -to be fair, neither did I- and ended up causing a couple hundred dollar discrepancy I had to pay. Furthermore, like at many dealerships, there was little to no parking available, nor was it in the best of locations. Despite those gripes, it's a nice place with knowledgeable staff that seem honest and there to help. They also have some great vehicle protection plans available that I enjoyed.

I was stranded in Utah with a failed PCM in my 2005 Jeep. Had to get home in Colorado and found myself in dire consequences. Service folks at L.A. Miller in Riverdale took me right in and got my Jeep running perfectly again. I appreciate them all but service advisor Frank Slaugh was especially caring, understanding and interested in taking care of me. Best service I've ever gotten from a Jeep dealer.

The experience that I had with Autonation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe was great. I had been looking around for an SUV for a few weeks when I stumbled across something that they had posted on their website. Alex our salesman was great. I was worried because I don't have the greatest credit but they had everything figured out in a matter of minutes. When we finally decided on the car we were all done and out of there in under 2 hours. There were a few things we noticed on the vehicle that might need replacing or repair and they said that they would call to schedule something so that we can get these things looked at and if anything needed repair they would handle it. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with any dealership large or small. I am so happy with my new vehicle.

It was a fun experience that led to my purchase of the Trailhawk. What a car!!
