My daughter had been here recently and recommended it highly so we decided to try and find a vehicle as well. We weren't planning on buying just yet, but just wanted to look for a used vehicle in our price range. We were somewhat disappointed that the used vehicles they had just didn't suit our fancy, so we just quickly looked at new cars. We saw a Cherokee that had all we wanted, but figured it was priced more than we wanted to spend. However, after speaking with a salesman, Joe Lovato, and the finance manager, Bob Caldwell, we found that they were willing to work with our trade-in and money available to make us a heck of a deal on a new car, and we couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle or the dealership and the way that we were treated by all involved in the deal. Very pleasant experience and wonderful people to deal with!

As this was my third Jeep, I was pretty particular about what I wanted. They found it, had it on the lot and ready to go within 24 hours. Made it really easy.

Steve Kern, the General Manager was also wonderful, and assisted in making sure our car buying experience was an A++ Entire environment was relaxed, no pressure, with a focus on making sure we understood options available...we left feeling like we got the perfect Jeep, and a great value.

I can't speak for the Service Department yet, since my brand New Jeep Grand Cherokee only has 100 miles on it. I love this vehicle. I bought a 2000 Sebring LXI from this dealership in August of 1999. That was the last time I bought a new car - yep almost 18 years ago (I love my Sebring still -- and I kept it!). When I decided to "go for it" with a new vehicle, my first place to stop was Arapahoe Jeep -- and I am not sorry I did!! Same great place - as it was 18 years ago too! Joncharles was fantastic. He knows everything about these vehicles -- first, we just sat down and talked about what I wanted, he gave me a couple of suggestions and options, and then he cruised the lot for me (it was cold and snowy out), and the vehicle he came back with --- well, what can I say -- it was awesome, perfect, exactly what I wanted and I bought it ! And I really feel like I got a great and fair deal on it!! Betty was super helpful, knowledgeable too and got me in and out of the financing portion without a hiccup and in record time. Do I recommend AutoNation Chrysler? You bet I do!! Five Stars! And when I do have to go for service - I will expect, and I'm sure I will receive nothing but quality work from their teams. I'm counting on it!!!

I have 2 vehicles, a '14 Grand Cherokee and a '16 JK Unlimited that I've recently had serviced here for recalls or maintenance. This dealership is only 5 minutes from my house and they are easy to get on the schedule. I'll hand it to them that they are trying to improve. My most recent visit was oil and tire rotation while I waited. They were done within the hour scheduled and communicated which is a huge improvement over an appointment 2 months ago. My disappointment with this service was I asked for a five tire rotation and they only did 4 and didn't do the recommended "rear cross pattern". I had to fix this at home myself and took less time than scheduling another appointment.

We went to AutoNation Jeep to compare several different types of Jeeps. Gary took the necessary time to show us their available inventory with options so we could make the right purchase for us. When we finally chose all the options we were looking for, they found the exact Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk we wanted at another dealer. They picked it up and delivered the vehicle very same day even though it was already late in the evening. Everyone from Gary all the way to the Sales Manager made our purchase smooth and enjoyable.
