What a great experience I had buying my new 2017 Jeep Wrangler! From the start, everyone made sure that I was getting what I truly wanted! The customer service was very personable and I felt very comfortable and confident in making this big purchase! They worked with me on financing, sent me numerous vehicles to look at, took the time to find out what I could afford and every person I came in contact with was so professional and put me at ease! This dealership is truly based on customer service and helping you find the car of your dreams! Recall and 30,000 mile Work
Had recall done on the shifting program which requires skilled technician and also handsome 30,000 mile work done. That was primarily fluid replacement in 4wd areas around each wheel ( not a good description) I am sure. Also had some alignment work done as well as oil change and tire rotation. Lot of work. It was completed early in about 5 hours which was earlier than promised. Am of the opinion it was ll dome well.

Despite Issues, Great Level of Service
I recently purchased a car from AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe and the to no fault of the dealership, the car had a bunch of issues. Despite the issues with the car, the dealership handled things as well as could be expected.

My experience with this car dealer ship started off normal, asking if I wanted water right when I walked in. But as I sat there the employees came over and talked to me as I was one of there friends. The whole process went fast and the deal I got was great and if I was confused about anything they went slow with me and explained every important detail

Todd Peterson - Service Advisor
I was told by another Service Advisor there was a recall on my Jeep Compass and the scheduled repair would take about 4 hours. He scheduled an appointment for the recall repair and an oil change. When I brought the car in for the appointment, Todd checked me in and said the recall was new and they didn't have the parts for the repair. I think all Service Advisors should check the availability of parts to fix recalls before scheduling appointments. Todd was very apologetic for the miscommunication and pushed the oil change up so I didn't have to wait more than 30 minutes.

Great cars + great people = great experience
The folks at Autonation were very friendly and personable. I had to trade my old car in for the diesel recall and had started shopping a month in advance for my new car. They remembered me from a month ago and was able to get me the same vehicle I originally looked at. They listened to what I had to say and found me my perfect vehicle.
