We asked for a pink license plate frame, and were assured that all new cars came with one. All except ours. That is the only thing that hinted at a bad experience, I had to put something in so their head doesn't explode. In reality, everything from the sales rep to the paper pusher, was top notch. The process took longer than I expected, but not beyond reason.

I had a great experience purchasing a new Jeep Renegade.

We recently bought a new 2017 Jeep. We were very impressed on how professional and well versed our sales person, Joseph Asadi was. He took the time to discuss our needs/wants and did an excellent job in finding the right vehicle for us and within our budget. He explained the buying process and followed us through each step. He also followed up with us a couple of days later to ask how we liked our new vehicle and if there were any issues. We felt our business really meant something to the Manager, Steve, as he took the time to visit with us and thanked us for doing business with their dealership. Our finance agent, Keali, was very kind, patient and professional with us during the financial steps. Very best dealership to purchase a new or used vehicle.

My leased Jeep required an oil change. As the service center does not offer appointments, we made it a point to arrive by 8AM. 3 cars were ahead of us but we were out in less than an hour.

Repairs were done very quickly. The price was much less than I thought it would be.

Todd came over to me immediately & greeted me. He made me feel like I was his one & only priority/customer even though I knew I wasn't. He communicated extremely well & it was a pleasure working with him! I only bring my Jeep to this dealer for my maintenance. I use to receive coupons for oil changes on my previous Jeep Grand Cherokee, but have not, unfortunately, received any on this one. Coupons are ALWAYS a good perk!
