Shawn at Auto Nation Jeep on Arapahoe Rd worked with us on-line and via phone before we arrived to drive cars the following Saturday. Shawn had a couple of vehicles ready for us to drive with our wish list when we arrived. He was very patient while we re-evaluated of our needs versus our wish list. He entered criteria in the computer and several different vehicles in stock came up. Shawn was willing to go to another Auto Nation dealership to pick up a car if it wasn't at that location. Joe gave us some love on our VW trade in and found a better interest rate with a different lender than where we pre-qualified. The process went very smoothly.

Pretty good experience. Took over a week and a number of people to figure out that my trade had been on their lot for over a week but the purchase part was smooth and Matt was pretty helpful.

I recently bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from AutoNation Arapahoe. In in out in 1hr. Gave me high Dollar for my trade. All though the second day the tranmission acted up with one phone call to my Sale person Eleonora they sent a tow truck towed it back to shop and had me in a loaner and had the car back by 10:30am the next day.

Good experience with service writer. Very different atmosphere than when dealership under Centennial Jeep. Liked paying at service desk instead of cashier.

This was my first service experience at Autonation Chrysler Jeep, and the service was superb. My daughter's Wrangler had the oil light come on the day before she was headed back to college, and they squeezed us in and actually not only performed the oil change but also fixed another item in a very short time frame. The service department was great to deal with, and I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a certified 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 12/29/17. Two weeks or so later when I had the fluids checked, the mechanic checking the fluids found a leak next to the transaxle case plug and a seal for the transaxle case. I informed the Sales Manager, Steve Kern and he started swearing at me about how hard he busted his xxx to get the deal done. That is problem one. Problem two is I tried to contact corporate 6 times over the course of 6 weeks to no avail. Problem three is that the transaxle fluid is in need of changing and if they indeed did an inspection, they should have found that. Before I even took it off the lot, a check engine light came on and the ignition coil needed to be replaced. Again, if they had done the inspection, they should have found it. I also have tried to contact the finance department to find out the expiration date of the certified warranty and in two weeks, I never heard back from them. I called for status on the repair numerous times on 1/16 and as of noon, Mountain time, they could not give me a status. At Noon, they had the vehicle in their possession for 5 hours.

Because of an accident I was needing to buy a new car and I had purchased one from here previously. Process was easy and I was always kept in the loop about what was going on. It was a professional and efficient experience.

Our salesman, Canin Ritz, Was incredibly helpful and accommodating during the negotiation process. We never even had to step foot into the building until the day we drive away with our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was very responsive in texts and phone calls. Their pricing beat out a competitor Jeep dealership in town by almost $3,000.
