Great experience

If you're looking for a no hassle no pressure experience buying a car from AutoNation Chrysler Jeep on Arapahoe Road this is the place to go. Josh was very helpful and showing us the different options I was looking for in the vehicle. We found the vehicle that I was looking for with the options that I needed and we purchased the Jeep from AutoNation. The guys did a great job on finding the problem with my Chrysler 300. It was sad that we missed the warranty by a couple of weeks. It was also hard to take the fact that Detroit Chrysler Engineers could nit help solve the problem last fall when I first brought it to the attention of Chrysler. The local team at Centennial Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe was very helpful and understood my situation and handled it very weel.

New Jeep

Great customer service. This is the 2nd new Jeep we have purchased here, and both the times the made it as painless as possible. Scott Matela is a fantastic sales person, if we had a question he had the answer, very knowledgeable abut the products he sells. We would not hesitate at all on doing business with Scott and crew in the future. Once again, great job, and thanks to the whole crew!!

Jeep Repair

Jeep went in to get recalls done and re program a key. Was told the key would be a certain price and was even more than what told. Jeep took 2 days to get everything done when I was told it would take a day

Service appointment

When I arrived at my scheduled time I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I had not planned on it taking that long, so I was unprepared to get home for another appointment. The car wash didn't work and I was blocked in when I picked up my vehicle. I had go back in and ask for if someone could move their car. I was directed to leave out the back through an unfamiliar street. My husband then went in and again asked if a car could be moved so I could get out and it finally was.

Service

Doug did a great job at getting our grand Cherokee repaired. Unfortunately it was a long process, the car was in the shop for six weeks. The dealership provided us with the rental. I felt completely taken care of
