    This dealership goes above and beyond to make sure everything is fast and convenient. Bob Lesko in particular was easy-going yet professional, and not only found a vehicle for me with very little notice, but delivered it to my house. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

    After an unexpected tow-in for a very disconcerting suspension collapse on our 2009 Jeep Compass, Jason from Service was fantastically helpful in every way he could be and soon set our minds at ease. After the parts arrived, the repair was handled quickly and efficiently. Yes, they really are Friendly at Jim Riehl !

    We confirmed with Kelly Winkle that a particular car was available and set an appointment time the next morning to (hopefully) buy the car. When we arrived, after an hour drive, at the scheduled time, the car had been sold. Terrible customer service. A call to us would have been courteous and professional.

    Chris was very helpful and accommodating. He made the process easy and worked to get the best price possible for the the vehicle I leased. While I was in the showroom everyone there was very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend Friendly Auto Group to friends and family.

    I had the WORST experience of my life on Monday July 31, at their used car lot. It was a nightmare. My family and I were made to feel like trash by the used car manager. We had 3 stories from 3 different people there. Each time we thought we came to an agreement, it was changed by the manager. We spent 2 hours there waiting for the 3 people involved to give us an opportunity to close the deal. They gave us a warranty, and then they took it away. They offered us a customer purchased warranty which they also took away. The price changed a few times too. It was truly a bad dream which came TRUE. We could not eat dinner when we returned home. Our stomachs were tied in knots. Their explanation was...they had a bad day. Lesson learned, do not go in to purchase a used car when they are having a bad day. At 1 point the manager said, "just leave and don't buy the auto". We were blown away by that statement. One saving grace, near the end the salesman had second thoughts and actually tried to help us out. We did leave with the auto but what tough stuff it was to accomplish. As the saying goes, buyer beware because they just don't care.

    Meredith was wonderful, she listened to what I wanted and needed and matched me up with a vehicle that I like more and more every time I get in it. Jim, the finance guy... I dislike high pressure and don't feel my trade in offer was fair, but that's his job. I just don't have enough experience dealing with this type of pressure.
