    I recently purchased a new 2015 RAM Crew cab 2500 from Buds. The sales staff was great. They were able to meet all of my needs easily. Buds is not a high pressure type of dealership. They even gave me a good price for my trade in vehicle. The staff stayed late on a Friday night to help me drive my new truck home that night. I will do business again at Buds.

    I'm writing this to help anyone avoid the disappointment I'm going through. I bought a 2008 dodge Avenger at Buds about 6 months ago and have had nothing but problems since and now I have a car with a blown engine sitting in my drive way! 8 days after purchase my air bag light came on, 2 days after that my engine and oil light came on and the car start driving very rough also there was a terrible odor in the car. I immediately contacted Jordan (the sales man) and before I could even explain the issues he informed me the car had no warranty and that they would be happy to look at the car but I would be charged. At that moment I realized they truly are not concerned with the quality of the car they sold. I still wanted them to look at it but then I was told they would not have an opening for me until 4 days later, I explained I lived an hour away and I also work full time and can't afford to miss work and that I had the next 2 days off and could bring it anytime but they were still unable to fit me in the schedule. I was really disappointed because I didn't want to go a full week with the engine light on, so I decided to have it checked locally the next day and what I was told made me sick to me stomach. The catalytic converter was going out, I had a oil leak, the car had been wrecked prior to purchase, which I was told it had not been wrecked before. He also informed me the car had not been kept up and that everything in it was original including the spark plugs, nothing had ever been changed besides the oil. I spent 575 having my car repaired then but was told that I needed to baby it because it probably wouldn't last long and now 6 months later I have a car with a blown engine sitting in my drive way! I can only blame myself for take the word of the sale man. He really sold me when he told me the car had previously been owned by the managers daughter and ahe had only traded it for an upgrade, and they car had went through multiple inspections(I asked him to mail me the list he had shown me at purchase but I never received it)! This is has been very devastating for me! I'm a single mom of 2 children, one of which is severely autistic and I work full time. I spent every penny I had on that car and 6 months later I don't have a running vehicle! Buyer beware, the only person I can blame is myself for being so trustworthy and taking people for there word! I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone because this has turned my entire life upside down and I have no way of purchasing another vehicle and have no clue on how I'm going to manage to get to work, take my kids to and from school, practices, therapy, get to the grocery ect. Please be careful when purchasing a used car from them!

We do wish that you had made the drive 6 months ago to let us look at it, had we seen and known it was something this major we would have done our best to try to work out something with you.
