2016 Tucson

Second new Tucson - traded in a cherry 2010 Limited - as good a old one was, new Tucson is terrific with 1.6 Turbo. I've always had real good experiences w/ the service department. Buying experience like pulling teeth without pain killers!

Highly Recommended

Can't say enough good things about Mark Berman and the staff at First Hyundai in North Attleboro. True to their word in every aspect of the game. My wife and I leased an Elantra and a Santa Fe in a 4-month period and could never have imagined it would be as amazingly easy as it was. Tell them what you want and they'll bend over backwards to get it done. Go Sox.

I began my buying process at a Hyundai dealer in NY and, after realizing they couldn't fulfill my request, I ended up contacting First Hyundai over the phone. I was answered by a woman named "Deb" I believe who proceeded to not actually be a saleswoman and gave me false information that prompted me to drive 5 hours down to Massachusetts in the hopes of purchasing a Veloster. I did end up making the deal after MANY setbacks and hoops to jump through. I returned home in NY on a Sunday night (May 1st.) I received my registration in the mail 28 days later after they told me it would take a week. The registration was processed much earlier than that and they held onto it as collateral until I was able to send them the title for my traded in vehicle; something they knew was on the way and, frankly, has nothing to do with a newly purchased car's registration. When I received the registration my 10 day grace period to have my car inspected was almost expired; I had 24 hours to get an inspection in order to avoid my car being on the road illegally and it was the memorial day weekend. I had attempted to contact First Hyundai everyday for a week prior to this and they NEVER returned my calls. I want from a friendly, helpful dealer in NY to a lackluster sales team that did little to nothing to put my mind at ease or help me fill out the paperwork. Overall, I was promised a certain monthly car payment that I barely managed to get out of them at the price of a limited warranty instead of an unlimited one. The convinced me to make a road trip I was uncomfortable with and almost flaked out on the deal. I would not suggest working with this dealership if you are from out of state and don't expect any assistance when finalizing paperwork. The only positive out of this experience is that I managed to acquire the vehicle I wanted from the beginning. A fact that they seemed to have no problem exploiting.

Sonata 2016

Great service and great people!

My wife and I recently purchased a Hyundai Elantra from First Hyundai in North Attleboro, MA. Tommy Marchand, our sales person, was excellent. He was very helpful in assisting us to find the right vehicle for our family. There was no pressure and no bull. Tommy was thoughtful, informative and thorough as he took the time to answer all our questions and really made us feel comfortable. Thank you Tommy and thank you First Hyundai.

worth the ride

Everyone was professional respectful not feeling rushed. Make sure you read every page before signing on the dotted line. My car came with some equipment that wasn't on the window sticker and after I signed the paperwork 2 items were added to the paperwork, the problem was solved with a refund check. Thank you,First Hyundai I love my new car

Great Customer Service

My experience with First Hyundai was great. I knew what I wanted when I walked in and Avery helped make sure the vehicle fit what I was actually looking for. There wasn't any high pressure sales tactics to get me to sign, we went back and forth on numbers a few times, for both the cost of the lease and my trade in value until we came to a number we were both satisfied with. Their First for life program is also a major selling point.

2016SONATA

This is the 3rd Vehicle I purchase with Hyundai Motors and I must say all of my experiences have been great. I usually don't get my hopes up because I never know what i'll get approved for, but the staff there always listen to what my needs are and always find me the best deal. We both Win.
