I just looked at a truck at Economy Auto sales and spoke

I just looked at a truck at Economy Auto sales and spoke with Eric. Eric was exceptionally professional and easy to talk to. He was very helpful answering my questions. When he couldn't answer one of my more technical questions he got right on the phone to a Toyota dealership and found the answer. Eric is also Dog friendly. There was absolutly no pressure to buy. I made an offer but we could not come to a number that worked for both of us. Eric seems very honest and I appreciated that. Neither one of us wanted to rip off the other. I understand he has money invested in the truck and I have a budget to work within. I would highly recommend at least visiting and checking out Economy Auto and Eric. Hassle free and low stress. A pleasure to work with even if I could not afford the truck I wanted.

My vehicle was totaled and I’d heard several good

My vehicle was totaled and I’d heard several good testimonials from various people, so I thought I’d check them out. I am so very glad I did! Both are extremely accommodating and straightforward. My purchase went smoothly and they went out of their way to get me into a vehicle. I had gone to a conference in Columbus and had some serious issues with my brakes, called Jay and told him of the situation and he agreed with what I was told the problem could be, and to make sure I kept my receipts for the repairs. I’d only had my car for a little over a month, so these repairs were not covered under warranty. Once I returned home I took the receipts in and Jay made a copy, once Eric returned from a time away they made arrangements to get the car into their garage. They assured me that the repair shop was correct in their repairs and they also did a brake job on the front of my car. Not only did they do that, I was reimbursed for half of what I paid Firestone to repair the rear brakes, rotors, brake line and caliper. Now it was not their responsibility to cover half of my repairs, but they made a good faith gesture. I would/will refer them to anyone. After telling of my initial experience of my brake issue, all kinds of people will talk trash about a business, look, you can have bad experiences with any business, even the biggest and best in the area you live in can have a bad experience. When people go in with a chip on their shoulder and a bad attitude, you won’t get very far. Attitude is everything!

I found this dealership to be very helpful to me I told

I found this dealership to be very helpful to me I told them my budget and they showed me what they had I test drove a couple I really liked the Jeep compass my salesperson was very friendly not pushy at all just wanted me to be comfortable and happy with what I had choose the finance person worked to get my payment where I wanted it. I found them to be very helpful I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car

I was planning to purchase a car from Hgreg, but they

I was planning to purchase a car from Hgreg, but they said there was a problem with the electronics and had to be serviced. This was carry on for some time, could not get the problem repaired. It looks like the car was one to be used to have people look at the car, provide an excuse not to be able to sell it, one reason was service another was someone was purchasing the car. This allowed the salepeople would suggest that the potential purchaser would look at other cars on the lot an purchase one. Sneaky they think.

Bobby, We are very bummed to see we received a worst rating possible in all catagories for a "useless website/no response from us." We obviously try to reply to all the inquiries we get but we may have missed yours somehow and if so that is definitely on us.... That said, even in todays great technology based world, the best way to insure a 100% response from us is with a simple phone call to our dealerships to avoid those frustrations on your side and a terrible rating across the board for our dealerships on ours. Best car buying experience we’ve ever had

My husband and I were planing on buying a car since we have a baby on the way and found the perfect one. Eric and Jay were honest, professional and accommodating. This was the best car buying experience we’ve had and I appreciate all the time they took to help us!

Very honest business

My wife and I are expecting our first child in August, so trading in my two seater has been top of the to-do list. We found a 2018 Honda HR-V that worked out perfect! We got a great value on our trade-in as well.
