Purchased online poor communication and hid the fact that

Purchased online poor communication and hid the fact that the car had damage held up shipping because of damage kept ordering wrong part. Would not ship car until my credit union cleared so I could not cancel deal. Lied why it took 2 weeks for me to get my vehicle. Because of the time it took I ask them to just ship the suv to me and ship body panel to me . They said they would and now won’t answer any calls/ text. Salesman is Jose Perez and sale/ general manager is Dan. Because I have asked for a new they owe me letter they have mot sent that. I purchased a 2024 vehicle I didn’t know it only had 1 key fob didn’t know that until vehicle was delivered the has features they I can’t use because I need both key fobs to program the feature.

Very upsetting was told the car was going to be done

Very upsetting was told the car was going to be done within a week still no diagnosis on the car and their communication is the worst .

Unbelievable!

The staff at Nimey’s are excellent! Every time my car is serviced there, there is constant communication. They let me know what is happening along the way, even providing pictures to help me understand. My most recent visit was the most memorable. I was losing coolant and couldn’t continue to drive my car. They let me know when they expected the parts to fix it and ultimately when it would be done. They gave me a quote, and i told them to go ahead with the repair. When they communicated that the car was all set, they addrd that it took the tech less time to fix it, so I would owe $150 LESS! I haven’t talked to anyone who has ever experienced a repair shop telling them they owed less money! In addition to reliable, helpful, and excellent communication, I can add honesty as well!

2016 Tundra

We updated from a 2010 Tundra to a 2016 at Nimey’s. Excellent experience all the way around. Totally pleased and would buy there again. We drove 2 hours away from our home to deal with Nimey’s. They were way more friendly and fair than our local Dealerships.

2013 MK6 GTI

Buying a used car is always a luck-of-the-draw kind of deal, and can be nerve racking. I had been looking for the "perfect" GTI for a few months, with a couple being snatched out from under (once on my way to the dealership). When the GTI popped up at Nimey's, I jumped on it almost instantly. I had never worked with or heard of Nimey's prior. Bob was efficient at getting me set up for a test drive ASAP, allowed me to leave a deposit on the vehicle with assurance that it would good to go once I returned to pick it up. I did have to wait for a bit after purchasing the car for it to be finished up detailing, but I did arrive towards the end of business on a Friday, and it's a small price to drive off the lot with that "new car smell" and shiny paint. He also set me up with and printed out directions to an outstanding local pub for dinner after the sale, lots of respect! ALWAYS have reservations when searching for a used vehicle, but do know that Nimey's will be helpful in meeting your needs, as well as make you feel comfortable while going through the process. The car has been a blast so far: Clean, 1-owner carfax. Looking forward to many more enjoyable miles! Thanks guys!

Great Business

Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy too work with. Service department has one of the nicest and most impressive facility I've have seen in the long time. Recommend for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or perform maintenance on an existing vehicle. Great business!

Awesome Car Buying Experiance

This was the best Car shopping experience that I had. Bob Narracci was friendly and very helpful. Inventory was great - they had a variety of different cars to choose from. Left me with the confidence that I was buying a quality vehicle and they will be available for all or any future services that I may need, The showroom was clean. All staff had excellent customer service. I would highly recommend anyone to check them out for their next vehicle purchase.
