    Worst experience. DO NOT buy a car here. They lie. Their staff are rude and they are liars. The GM does not return calls. His name is Sam. Mark the finance... manager is an xxx. DO NOT please buy a car for these jerks. So unprofessional.

    When I put my application in online a guy named Lonnie Called me back almost right after I hit submitt. So right then I knew this dealership was about... business. So I came in on A saturday they were very busy, I asked for Lonnie, and he came right up and greeted me and my Wife. Even though he was busy he had us sit with his Manager Shamarr and he was the most nice manager at a car dealership We have ever saw. He was acting like he was a salesman he showed us the car and even did the paper work. Lonnie came back to finish everything up and I swear we were only there for 1 hour before we left in a Brand New Nissan Quest SL !!!!!! WOW Lonnie was Great and his manager/salesman was super, If you need a car go to Nissan of Union City were they Treat you Like A person instead of a number, I will tell all my friends.

    I only came in for an oil change and it took over 2 hours. The wait area was pretty much empty. Clean up staff loud. Informed that they switched management,... but I should have to know that.

    beware of Mike in parts, he's a crook and liar ...they don't give their customer parts numbers so that they can continuos rob them with their highly marked... up prices for parts. you can't miss him he talks like his mouth with full of spit.... I guess it comes from him talking crooked to soooo many customers, or perhaps it's from him brown nosing so intense

    do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. purchased new car here. worst experience in 45 years of car buying. they cant even submit paperwork so you... get your license plate. jonette, x 2271, is a total joke. thats only tip of iceburg. wont take calls, return messages, or respond. Cant get manager on phone and wont return calls.

    I will never purchase a car from them again....I am a cosigner on a auto loan and was given the highest interest rate there was.....Its so sad that you... attempt to keep buisness within, never again...Straight rip off.....Was not informed that it was an interest bearing account.....Looking for another vehicle, definitely wont go there.......

    No one at the dealership seems to know what is going on. The service dept just walks around the area in a nonchalant stupor. I've been here for 4hrs just... to get a tune up. I went to about car it was ready. No one said anything. I initially asked at check in if they could check shaking in tires. It was written on the paper but wasn't checked so I was forced to stay another hour...smh.

    James and Joyce were the absolute best!! They were professional and personable. Their no pressure way of working was really appreciated. Although I didn't... get a car when I do I will definitely be going back to them.
