Broke down on the highway right after leaving the lot. I purchased a Cadillac SRX Although the battery was replaced the connecting parts including the... alternator was eroded. I asked about this and was told that it was fine. It wasn't even 20 minutes later when it shut down on the highway in the rain. I had to wait hours to get a tow to my home.
We are very sorry about your inconvenience and bad experience. As stated: we try to be a better dealer. Please bring the car in and we'll address... whatever issue arose. As it turned out: the alternator turned bad. We repaired it and Ms Gray was back on the road again. This is just another example that we try to be a better dealer by providing better service.
Paul is a nice guy but they are a rip off, they sell you a car they know have problems then when the car breaks down in 45 days they charge you for the... repairs. these people take your hard earned money and give you garbage.

I am giving ALL 5 STARS in advance because I BELIEVE that I will have GREAT SERVICE once I get on the lot. I have read all of the reviews; some Super and... some uh.. It doesn't, however, discourage me because it's the business of Sales. I cannot wait to meet Paul & Richard because I BELIEVE they are the two most attentive to detail and FULL of Customer Service Gentlemen anybody could ask for. In business there are Pros and Cons but I'd rather stick to the Positive attributes by BELIEVING my weekend will be a REMARKABLE experience as I leave with the car of my dream that I have already chosen!!! I thank you Paul and Richard in advance for your great Customer Service and I look forward to seeing you two this weekend!!!

Had a pretty bad experience with an Acura RSX I bought from Paul he led me to believe the car was in good shape and drove fine but turned out to have a... bad engine the repairs cost me over 1000$ wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I had a very positive experience with Richard. Right from the time I sent the first email to setting up a date to come and test drive the car. although... we ended up not getting the car. I will definitely keep them in mind since I have another child needing a car in about a year or so! Very nice, friendly and attentive.

Paul and Richard both responded to my email inquiry very quickly. Very polite and knowledgeable about the cars on their lot. I test drove a car I liked... and was seriosly considering buying. Richard is great to work with. I ended up purchasing a car elsewhere that I couldn't pass up but will contact Auto Barn again if needing another car. Great guys and a good inventory.
