From the moment I started browsing the vehicles on their website, I knew that these were quality cars and trucks and I would be purchasing one of them.... I test drove the Fx4 first and was actually very surprised because it drives like a brand new truck. I also test drove an Expedition with more miles, and that also drove like new. I didnt feel obligated to buy anything or feel pressured at all and that is actually why I will probably buy another quality vehicle from here in the future. The people are friendly and will answer all of your questions without hesitation. They also have Carfax setup on their site as well, which is nice and I recommend checking out before any purchase. If you find a car or truck that you can't take your eyes off of, they will do everything they can to help you get behind the wheel. Thanks Again!!
After much time and energy spent on my car search, was happy and relieved to find a happy ending here at Lebanon Auto Sales. They have a huge selection... of NICE vehicles in great condition. All the staff from receptionist, service to sales were professional, kind, friendly and reliable. I found them good to their word. They went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. The only problem I had was choosing the vehicle which fit me best. Stop in...you won't be sorry you did.
Quite a change to have these folks sell a top quality vehicle at a good price, in a friendly atmosphere instead of an overdressed salesman who feels I???ve... wasted his time after I drove 2 hrs. In today???s world it???s nice to know that it???s still possible to get good service, attention, non-pressured attitude from a used car dealership that goes the extra mile and time for me. Did I fail to mention he???s local to me, I won???t hesitate to check these folks again when the need should arrive, it???s the 1st impression that is a lasting impression, our vehicle was clean and ready to go out the gate, prior to purchasing. I was very please with the entire process and working with Bryan. I originally first saw the car online and contacted them through email. Our first few... conversation where completely through text and what actually taken seriously unlike most places. They worked with me through photos due to me living almost 2 hours away from the dealer we came to terms before me even leaving my house. Yes as this customer has stated, you should always try to have all the work done on a vehicle before you pick it up. If said person is not happy, the...n we suggest to NOT take delivery of the vehicle. However, when a customer does agree that they are ok with something needed to be done, ALWAYS get it in writing. Here, we provide what¿¿¿s called a ¿¿¿We Owe¿¿¿ slip if there is something that is to be done after the sale and is not a safety concern and the customer leaves here with a completely safe, reliable vehicle. In this customer case, there was a very tiny burn in the bottom of his seat cushion on the driver¿¿¿s side. All other work was completed and BEFORE picking up this Subaru, we had called to let him know that it was going to take some time to locate this particularly hard-to-find heated cloth seat. Not too many cloth heated seats out there to begin with, and if I could attach files to this response, you could see that the vehicle was picked on up 8/10/2018 and that our tech completed the work on 9/28/2018 with two different invoices from two different vendors showing the time frame we had to deal with them getting them to us and that we absolutely tried. We had to order another seat because the first one was not heated, but was the right material. The second seat that we were lucky enough to track down was heated, but once it got here, it was the wrong fabric design. At every drop off of these seats, the customer was contacted and explained to the situation that we were running into. Our mechanic not only stripped these two seats to make one correct seat, he also came in an hour early to meet this person needs. We will always stand behind our work and apologize if this customer was not happy with our service, but some things are out of our control and we hope that the person reading this will see that we honestly tried our fastest and that we did not cut corners at any turn.
