Last Saturday I had the pleasure of visiting Meredith Volvo to pick up my brand-new 2025 Volvo XC90. This was my third one, and third purchase with Andrea and Lisa. And was also so excited to work with Bryce in Finance. From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed, and the staff’s attentiveness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They all were patiently answered all of my questions, demonstrated the car’s innovative features, and guided me through the purchase from beginning to end swiftly. I can not image not have a team like the VOLVO team under Andrea leadership!

I saw the car I wanted on Lovering's website, called the Meredith dealership because it was nearest me, and got GREAT service from the get-go. Kelley had the test-drive vehicle ready when I got there, she explained everything very clearly, and she was patient (and brave!) on the test drive. Then she and the rest of the staff made my purchase easy--every step was crystal clear. Finally, Kelley delivered the car to me and took me through all the bells and whistles. Buy your next Volvo from Richard Hastings at Lovering Volvo. You won’t find a more dedicated, pleasant and professional salesman than Rich. At first I was leaning toward a 2024 or other used XC60 because of the cost. I was also trading in an XC60. After walking us all over the lot showing us the different features and colors, a 2025 caught my eye. He put together a package including a good price for my trade and other discounts that made the 2025 very affordable. Good man! I bought it! Before discussing buying a car, Rich listened patiently regarding a problem I had with the service department. He and Andrea Tuthill, General Manager, took care of it right away. This was the only problem I’ve had with the service department at Lovering since buying our last Volvo from them 9 years ago. Lovering Volvo of Meredith is and outstanding dealership and Rich Hastings is truly exceptional!
