We purchased a used Toyota Sienna at this dealership and they were very accomodating to us. I am very excited about the van. There are a few minor details... that need to be fixed that had not been listed on the website, but the van was sold "as is" so we made the choice to take itl. I do believe the price was good and the van was in immaculate condition. All sales staff and managers were kind and helpful. We would definitely go back!

First of all, the car was filthy. I can understand a little dust from sitting outside, but this thing was crusty. The interior was vacuumed but there was... dirt in the cracks and crevices. The door jambs and trunk were a mess. Second, there were three different kinds of tires on the car. Two of them were El Cheapo specials, so if your going to put $40 tires on the car, do all four. Lastly, the girl couldn't tell me how much the dealer prep fee was because we weren't financing thru them. C'mon, you either have a dealer prep fee or you don't. Can you say "Red Flag"

My wife and I drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a mini van that we were interested in. I asked the lady before we left if the car had a clean carfax report.... I was assured that the carfax was clean. Once we got there and drove the car, I noticed some noise in the back and the back bumper and trunk looked very shiny which made me think that they were painted. I asked for the carfax report and was told that the car had "been in minor accident". First, I was told the report was clean, now a minor accident. Then I was assured that the accident was only a bump and that the dealer knows what kind of accident it was. They didn't even have the carfax report ont his car, they printed it when I asked for it. Then they told me that the price of the car was already discounted because of the accident even though they had no idea that the car was in a accident. While the lasy was very nice, we wasted 2 1/2 hours with 2 small children and the gas money for nothing. Make sure you check everything before you buy a car.
