couldn't ask for more
shopping for a car is not my favorite thing. when i arrived at cityworld ford i was greeted by stephen and immediately felt welcome. it's no wonder i felt that way because he made the whole buying process simple and enjoyable. i left the dealership with my 2008 ford edge in less than two hours. stephen contacted me several times to make sure i was happy and went out of the way to clean my edge when i stopped by to just say hi! thumbs up to cityworld ford

Waste of Time
Call at 9:15 in the morning and inquired whether a vehicle was in stock and available to be looked at. They said no problem come on up and take a look at it. Took the subway 1.5 hours and arrived around 11:00 AM. All of sudden the car was being "serviced" and unavailable to be looked at.
