Shannon is nothing less than awesome! She always has my best interest in mind when she advises me about repairs. Shannon tells me whether I need to have work done on my car immediately or if a repair can wait which means a lot to me financially. I highly recommend her to help you navigate through any car related problems.

Shannon was an exellent service advisor. She was well mannered and showed a great sense of courtesy and mutual respect. Shannon is a true professional and certainly a positive asset to your organization. And service was quick with a reasonable time of waiting. But you can improve on the car washing end. I was promised a free car wash but I was unable to receive it. Due to some unforeseen complications at the car wash. However, everything else was great. There is room for improvement with customer relations at the car wash. The manager lacked the willingness to assist your customers in need of assistance at the car wash. And fact, he did not really care whether the car was washed or not. But there is hope with one of the assistance that did offer true assistance. And I did not think it was a good idea for the customer to vacuum thier own car afterwards if I already paid for the service at Hoffman. I

Service is good and fast. Customer service excellent. totally recommend it. The entire process was fast easy. Convenient, making easy the owners life and they give free car wash!

Second time bringing my car to this dealership for service. Employees are very polite and helpful. After I am in the waiting room for not long at all, I receive a video from the assigned technician showing my vehicle and commenting on what he did and what he found that may be something needed in the near future. I find that video to be very helpful. I also like that I come out to a complimentary washed vehicle. I will continue to use Hoffman Nissan for my vehicles needed maintenance.
