    The owner Joe is a scam artist and theif!! He stole my money. I’m in the process of bringing him to court now to get my money back.

    Joe has taken care, at very fair prices, of follow up issues with the cars i have purchased. Always very fair. And the family is wonderful.

    My family and I have purchased 4 cars and one truck from Joe...always enjoyed the visit...and found when things did go wrong...South point always fixed... the problem and if they couldn't they found someone that did fix it. I send many people to Joe....and all come back saying they would go there again.... I am once again looking and hope something comes available I like.... Being fussy it's hard to satisfy me ....but Joe tries hard.. I am sure some have had bad experiences but my thought on that is maybe they gave bad experiences first...Joe/ Southpoint will do everything they can to insure you are satisfied...after all he is dealing with "Used autos" and doesn't know the car well so he can't be aware of every problem.... Southpoint is our dealer where we got a KIA, BMW, Honda, Chevy and Pick up truck... all but one still running....

    Come to find out Joe is nothing but a liar , he told me he knew the car needs bearings and that they were going to fix it and he never did. Now you know... why they will push for you to buy the extended warranty when you purchased a vehicle from them . So on that note I would not purchase a vehicle from this shady company.

    This was our 2nd purchase, and we're very happy. Joe and staff truly are warm and straight shooters. We were not pressured and they didn't play games with... us. They are not kidding when they claim to treat you as family.

    2017 And I still buy cars from Joe and Nina.... You can count on being treated honestly and feel no pressure while making your purchase. And if something... should go wrong Joe will see that it is fixed. I have made several purchases from Joe for family, and self..and always been happy with doing business there. I purchased my BMW there this month for my dog! And the dog loves riding in it...and happy to say Joe understands the love of animals as well ...If Joe has not got what you want on either lot he will find it for you. His prices are always fair....and reasonable. I trust Joe ,,,,and enjoy dealing with him and his wife! I often send people to them and they in turn have been happy with dealing with Joe...

    We went to South Point Auto Center on Saturday 8/12/17. My son was buying his first car. We were very politely greeted and offered coffee. They were busy.... When it was our turn we were treated very professionally and friendly. We ended up leaving with a 2014 Ford Fusion which my son loves. They did everything right there in 3 hours. I would recommend South Point Auto to anyone looking to buy a car!

    In an attempt to keep things fair, I'm going to write this review from a "you can't make everyone happy" perspective. There were very few issues with the... vehicles condition, but correction of one of those issues was to be assisted by the dealer sometime after the purchase. I DO believe that that assistance would have been provided by the dealer, but the work in question could not be performed. This resulted in another expense which I paid out of pocket for... not a huge amount, but enough. Shortly after, I had to stop by the dealership for an unrelated matter and used the opportunity to explain my additional expenses. Although the dealer asked how much i wanted, it felt much more like "how much to make you go away". This feeling led me to turn the offer down. Yes, there was compensation right in front of me and i did not accept it. This was the second instance regarding this purchase that I got this kind of attitude. I was not looking for handouts. I don't believe I should have to twist your arm or get any sort of guilt trip in return when someone has already offered assistance. The dealer was very cut and dry from the get go. Sadly, that's one of the few things I liked about my experience. There are no selling games, no hassling and no making friends... which is all fine, if not preferred by me when it comes to business. I say again, this was hardly the end of my world and I now own a vehicle that I like very much. But a bit of professional understanding would have easily made this a good review instead of a poor one. All that being said, I suggest a "expect what you inspect and nothing more" approach if you consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealer.

    I bought a 2012 Ford Explorer from Joe at south point auto the experience was excellent got a great deal and a great interest rate I recommend buying a... vechile from Joe!

    This is my second mini cooper purchase from Southpoint. Both times I had an easy,fare, non intimidating experience. I love that they are a family own business.... I had the privilege of working with Sarah this time & her Dad, the first time around. Sarah went out of her way to help me set up my navigation system that was in a different language. My first purchase 3 yrs ago, there was a code issue that couldn't be cleared. They worked with me until it was solved. They are great & I'm sure I'll deal with them in the future. Thanks.
