    I am extremely pleased with the quality of customer service provided to me and my sister. Gail Cardoso has showed patience, knowledge and NO high pressure.... She is still working hard to find us the used car that meets our needs and budget . She as a great attitude and I appreciate how we have been treated. Hoping soon to be driving a new car

    Overall I would recommend them. Although some of the process was frustrating. We had picked out a car, but we changed our mind to a sportage vs a sorento.... We found one we really liked and we had to wait 2 days to sign in it. We got a call a couple hours before we were supposed to go down saying there is a problem with title. They found another sportage. But without all the options we had wanted. They were able to install them and added in new tires and brakes in as well. Over all minus a few hiccups, we left with a new car and a good price. I would recommend them and would go back, just know that the process took about a week to fix. Oh but they did give me a rental ��

    I'll start off by saying customer service is very important to me as well as product quality. The experience all the way around were very good indeed.... The location on the inside and out were very pleasing to the eye. They offer refreshments such as coffee and cold-filtered water and a comfortable waiting area. The waiting area has a large window so you can view your car being worked on which I find awesome! This allows you to see how the technicians are treating your vehicle. Both the salesman (John Holmes) and the Sales Manager (Dana) were very good. John is just a great, non-pressure guy and was a pleasure to talk with. He always kept us up to date throughout the process. Dana worked with us was able to come very close to our budget They didn't have the car I wanted in stock and there were none available in the local area from other dealerships. Dana was able to locate one in NJ and said they could get me the car in only a couple of days. When the car arrived, it looked great with the exception of a very small indentation on the roof (it was barely noticeable); I could tell this was like this directly from the manufacturer and was not from the trip over. Dana contacted a company called the Dent Doctor. The gentleman from the Dent Doctor (Justin) came to my place of work and was able to repair the minor dent within 15 minutes. He was very professional, friendly and very thorough; you would never know there was even an issue. I didn't have to take any time out of work for this. I guess what I'm saying is that their service and dedication to my experience was priority. To top it off, the mud guards I had ordered for the vehicle were installed free-of-charge! This was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. I imagine it was done for any inconvenience they thought may may have been. Now "that" is customer service. I have and would recommend Courtesy KIA to both friends and family. Thank you gentlemen!

    I purchased a new car from this dealer in 2013 and have had problems ever since. I was in an auto accident and my car was totalled, I needed a car quickly.... I went to several dealerships and saw the car I wanted in the showroom at Courtesy. I thought it was perfect, it had heated mirrors and other added options. When I went to negotiate the price, after being there for almost 4 hours, the salesman said he could give me the price I was looking for, as long as the color didn't matter, I agreed. Another 2 hours passed by and I finally signed the papers. My Fico score was 787, I didn't get the best loan pricing. To my chagrin, after driving the car home in the dark, I didn't realize the added options were not on this vehicle. I signed the papers and didn't check the vehicle until after I signed. Problem #2, shortly after I purchased the car, it started to give me problems starting, as if the battery was dying. I requested the service department to check the battery several times during the first three years. I was told it was fine, every time. When I had my 30,000 mile check up they advised me that I needed a new battery...conveniently, the warranty had just expired. It was a full blown battle to have it replaced. The service manager made me promises that he never kept. Almost every time I went for service, the service advisers would state to me to please give us a 10 rating, which of course is the highest. They stopped asking after the battery incident. Today I had a tire blowout on the highway, I called Kia road service, to make a really long story short, I made 7 telephone calls and waited over 3 HOURS on the side of the highway before the tow truck came. The nearest dealership, (they force you to go to one of their dealerships ) did not have my tire in stock, so I was forced to go to Courtesy Kia. I shared my story with the service manager, his response, "That's terrible, but it's not our fault, it's Kia's." The pricing is Kia's fault, the wait is Kia's fault....etc. I was quoted a 2 hour wait time to have the tire repaired. WHY DIDN'T I JUST CHANGE THE TIRE MYSELF? There is no spare tire, in Massachusetts, they cut costs by giving you a fix a flat mix with a compressor. My tire was beyond repair. Needless to say I will never ever do any business with Courtesy Kia or Kia, ever again.

    I purchased a 2015 Kia sorremto on 1-8-2018... the salesman Russell Tavares was awessome...very helpful... i love the vehicle its everythng ive read... abouut the sorrento...great ride...lots of space... all wheel drive... so thank you Courtesy Kia for a great experience Kimberly Faria ...Lincoln RI

    I recently purchased a pre-owned Kia at Courtesy Kia. My experience was very positive. I did not experience the usual grind of a typical dealer. I also... did not receive a negative approach on my trade in that I have found at other dealers. I was given a fair price for my trade, and a good price on the used vehicle I purchased. My sales person Russell was very accomodating in every way, and dealt with me honestly from the beginning. Overall at very positive and refreshing experience.

    I thought my lease was up but I had till October they talked me into a new lease I wish I would have waited I am paying more for less car I'm not crazy... about it it doesn't drive like my 2015 now I can't wait for this lease to be over
