My experience was amazing. My sales agent far exceeded my expectations. Kyle’s communication and dedication to my needs were beyond great!!! He left everything to me to decide and NEVER made me feel like I needed to rush, something that I’d never experienced purchasing a car. If I could have a lifetime salesman, he’s definitely be there one! I appreciated everything he did to make my deal happen.

Our experience at RBM of Alpharetta was outstanding! Dealing with the delays of COVID made things more challenging. However, our sales agent, Dan Berry, kept close communication with us to keep us updated on the progress of our GLS. Dan was knowledgeable, understanding, and very thorough in keeping us informed and guiding us through a process that can be very stressful for such a personal purchase. Just purchased our new 2020 Airstream Atlas from RBM of Alpharetta. Sheaffer Cheek handled our entire purchase from start to delivery. In the time of no customer service, you come across a dealership and sales associates that still understands the importance of the customer. If you are considering a new car or Class B+ RV do not hesitate, to at least, visit this dealership before making your decision. Ask for Sheaffer Cheek and I promise you will not be disappointed!

When I first spoke with John, I was currently evaluating...

When I first spoke with John, I was currently evaluating other options of the same vehicle I purchased. John was patient and took the time do a spec to spec comparison of the different vehicles, to include their ownership history. More importantly, he educated me on the value of purchasing a certified pre-owned MB compared to a non-certified one. At the end of our conversation and sale, I felt confident that I purchased a vehicle that was in excellent mechanical and technical condition.
