We shopped around before deciding to purchase a Mercedes and met with Dan several times as we went through our decision making process. Bill Favini and the team at RBM of Alpharetta were incredible. We had a few obstacles to work through to get the purchase completed and the team went above and beyond to accomplish that. It was our first Mercedes purchase and I do not anticipate it being our last. There was a level of professionalism from Bill, Roberto, Diane and Mary that was quite a bit different than other car dealerships we have encountered.
