We recently purchased a 2012 Lincoln Navigator from Sellers-Sexton Lincoln Dealership in St. Roberts Mo. We received excellent service from Mike Freeman, General Sales Manager and Alex Keck, Sales Consultant. These two were knowledgeable, there was no pressure, they listened and answered our questions. Alex set up the GPS, Key Code and paired my iPhone to the Navigator before leaving. They treated us like we were buying the most expensive SUV on the lot. We give them 5 star rating

VERY PROFESSIONAL & GREAT COMMUNICATION.

Contacted dealership via email on Sunday requesting further info. Got info on Monday, made a deal on Tuesday, picked up car on Wednesday. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION BY ROBIN. SHE IS THE BEST FOR SMOOTH TRANSACTION. Love the car & everything was done professionally.

Flat tire--pouring rain

I am a Ford customer that was in MO for my son's graduation from Ft. Leonard Wood Basic Training. It was pouring rain and my tire was nearly flat. I could see a heavy duty staple had punctured my tire. I had no idea where to go. My son saw the Ford sign and said, "Hey there's a Ford dealership." I am a Ford Owner Advantage Rewards member and thought at least they could point me in the right direction. I was directed to pull my car into the bay. After a short period of time, the mechanic came back and announced that my car was done. I asked him what the charge was and he said, "No charge, ma'am. " I was stunned. I cannot express how grateful I was to be a Ford owner at that very moment. They went above and beyond to help me in an incredible time of need. If I were local, they would have a lifelong customer. My Ford dealership in Waukesha, WI is my normal go to. I will continue to be a Ford customer for life. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Such a great car buying experience!!

I had such a great time working with Sellers-Sexton - this was my first time buying a car, and I received so much attention and care. Zach took time to consider the best type of car for me and my lifestyle, and he answered all of my questions, even after I'd already had my car for a week! I really appreciated the fact that their attention to their customers extended beyond the sale. They were even kind enough to arrange to bring my car to me, since I couldn't pick it up at the dealership. I felt I was in good hands with the team here!

Car shopping for used car.
