Prestige Volvo

Ryan and Ryan were great to work with on my last car purchase. I was able to do almost the entire process via email. When I came in to exchange vehicles, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I recently leased a new car from Ryan at Prestige Volvo in East Hanover and had a great experience. He was straightforward, transparent, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. There was no pressure, just honest communication and a great deal. Ryan was easy to work with and took the time to make sure everything was clear and efficient. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a Volvo.

I have not issues with the service department as they do a very good job. I had a new agent Kelwin Castillo who was really helpful and assisted my wife in adding her new phone to the car. He was good in letting me know the cost of the 4 year maintenance and called when the tech had recommended some additional work. After discussing the options I went ahead with the service even though I was around $600 more. When the job was done he gave me the cost but then told me that there was a new policy that if you charge via credit card there is a 3% fee. I told him I wish I knew that upfront as I would have just done the maintenance and put the other service off for another time. This way I could have paid cash now and then again later. He did mention that this was instituted in March 2025 and I had my other Volvo serviced in October of 24 so I never knew about the change.

Had an amazing car leasing experience with Ryan Entwistle at Polestar Short Hills. Ryan made the whole experience of working through the deal and experiencing the car seamless. One of the best dealerships around. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for an EV and specifically Polestar/Volvo.
