    My wife and I purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan and are more than pleased. Our sales man Josh knows his minivans inside and out. He was helpful and never pushy. We arrived after 6 PM and were home in our new Ingot Silver beauty by 10 PM. When it comes time for our next vehicle purchase it's off to Tyson we'll go!

    My husband and I were impressed with every employee we dealt with from the salesman, sales manager, finance dept.and cashier. Every employee was friendly and knew their job. Our salesman Bob Adams was the reason we purchased our vehicle at Tyson Motors. This dealership is far from our home but we stopped in because we were in the area and were interested in the Jeep Cherokee. Bob's friendly, honest approach to sales is why we decided to purchase from Tyson Motors. He thoroughly explained every feature of the vehicle. We never felt rushed or pressured. Bob is truly an asset to this dealership. Steve Klimara was the gentleman we dealt with in the finance department. What a pleasure to do business with such a pleasant individual. He explained everything and it was evident that he enjoyed his job and dealing with people. Anothony Marzullo the sales manager made us feel confident that we got the best deal and made the right decision purchasing our new vehile at Tyson Motors.

    Jason and I negotiated the deal on my new 2017 Jeep Wrangler over the phone and email since I live over an hour away. When I arrived he was working with other customers but he understood my time constraints and was able to get others in the dealership to help me get me in and out at an incredible pace. The test drive, financing, and paperwork were done in between my son's hockey games in Naperville and we had time to spare.

    I am writing this review to show my appreciation of your Service Director, Danny Galvan. This review is based on my dealings with Tyson Motors while they had my car for Major Service/Warranty Work. First off, I am very picky when needing service on my specialized vehicle and I looked for recommendations of where to have my car serviced from others within the Dodge community. Unfortunately, I was recommended to visit a different dealership for my service issue. I have now realized I made a mistake with following that recommendation and I should have brought my Dodge to Tyson when the issue first occurred. Even though the situation was tough and escalated through SRT, Danny took the reins and led me, as well as others, to get my car fixed. My first interaction with Danny was a cold call, as he didn???t know me or my situation, and I was surprised with our phone conversation as I wasn???t the friendliest person towards him. However, I didn???t feel like I was a ???number??? waiting in line whatsoever and Danny was truly there to help me. He listened to everything I had to say, interacted as needed, and let me know what to expect when I would be dropping off my car in correlation to a Field Engineer being available to look my car over. I arrived for my appointment, but unfortunately I missed Danny to meet him face-to-face. I spoke with Jack Asher and he was already informed of my situation. He took care of getting me a loaner vehicle and updated me that the Field Engineer would be a day later than originally planned. I was still a little skeptical about everything, as I didn???t get to talk to Danny, but Danny called me the next day to go over what was going to happen. This made me feel a little better as knowing what is going on means a lot to me; whether it being good or bad news. I had asked Danny if he could please keep me updated on the status of my car while he was working on it. While I thought he was just saying he would to ???keep me happy???, he went above and beyond my expectations . This really helped relieve some of the anxiety I was experiencing due to the extent of warranty work that had to be done and my first time working with your service department. I believe when someone goes out of their way to take care of their customer it should be recognized. Most people just go about their business and never say thank you as they just expect the work to be completed. Thank you Danny, Jack, and Franco for having respect for your customers and putting Customer Service first!
