Jennifer's Stands Behind Their Vehicles

I purchased a car from Jennifer's Auto Sales in October 2018. In December 2018, an internal engine bolt failed (broke) causing piston to valve contact and resulted in catastrophic engine failure. The extended warranty company refused to cover the engine replacement, citing some ambiguous language buried deep within the fine print of the extended warranty. I was looking at a situation where I had an undrivable car that I just paid $8K for, along with a (worthless) extended warranty that I paid another $3K for and potentially being on the hook for a $5K engine replacement bill. I was obviously outraged, angry and extremely frustrated by the situation and, as a result, was a very 'difficult' customer to deal with. Bill (the Operations/General Manager) reached out and contacted me. He was very professional and courteous, and offered to override the warranty company denial, and basically replace the engine at his expense. Jennifer's did the engine replacement in their shop. Their service manager was extremely friendly, professional and helpful, and communicated with me throughout the process. The replacement was completed very promptly and when I went to pick up my car, was very pleasantly surprised to find out that Bill had even waived the warranty deductible. So far so good, the car is running great. Integrity is in short supply in the world these days. It was very refreshing to do business with a company that stands behind what they sell and does the right thing.

Avoid This Place Like The Plague

This place is a complete joke. Think of every 'Used car Salesman' cliche' you've ever heard and they're all rolled up all in one place. I bought a used car from them at the beginning of October. it didn't even make it to the first oil change. I took it to my mechanic. Bad engine. Bearings rolling around and all kinds of other ugly noises. They claim to have a certified mechanic and full shop and go through every car they sell. LOL! If you really want to get screwed, go see Slim Shady, Slick Willy or Rudy Vaeline-o at Jennifer's Auto Sales.

These guys are crooked buyers beware their mechanics are terrible and they sell lemons. They treat u like u are a rockstar and then give u lemonade the mechanics are rude and holler at u

Bought BMW X3

Didn't feel any pressure from Zeno. Looked a several cars til we found the BMW. Did paperwork, went thru financing, and left happy. Will recommend Zeno to anyone.

We would NEVER recommend Jennifer's service dept..

we would NEVER recommend Jennifer's service dept.....after Bucky's departure the current service 'manager' has failed to correctly fix our suv while trying to use deceptive explanations as to the mechanical issues ...fortunately my husband has extensive knowledge of auto mechanics and could rival Jennifer's service manager's knowledge....said mechanic failed/refused to adequately repair our suv to our satisfaction ....this is the 3rd time we have had endure Jennifer's deceptive mechanical practices.....thank goodness we chose not to purchase a vehicle from Jennifers and surely will never take our vehicles or recommend Jennifer's service dept. to anyone!!!

Great shopping experience
