We could not have asked for a better team of people working with us to buy our 17 year old daughter her first car! We bought a used car, we are not expecting... it to not have any flaws but we also not expecting it to breakdown on her and are trusting the word of the dealership ( we had already been burned by a Mark Wahlberg dealership), we were getting some conflicting information from a place that had been serving it and what they were seeing so after leaving dealership we felt confident with what they said and and guaranteed us that we would be okay purchasing this vehicle. Adam and AJ, AJ being a salesman made sure we left feeling confident with our purchase and come to find out we were able to get a bumper to number warranty on it at a great price and I have no worries now.
Shady sales, hours spent trying to get the advertised price, pressure continued into the next day with texts of “I thought we got along” what is the point... of texting that, weird to me? sales and finance had issues with keeping their required masks covering their noses. COVID-19... Ran my credit when I said not to, they first stated they ran three credit inquiries, then four, I documented seven. Misleading information that multiple credit inquiries on the same day counts as one, creditors question the amount of entries. After I was told numerous times by many people from Dennis Hyundai said they would remove the credit inquiries and then didn’t, they had their attorney call and email me, asking if I had an attorney and claimed they finally removed the credit inquiries, but Dennis Hyundai REQUIRED that I do it also. I’m still waiting for the credit inquiries I requested that they entered , they of course can’t email me simple screen shots. Dennis Hyundai mailed an unsigned snail mail letter that I “should” receive all that from the financial institutions (7 that I discovered) Nightmare. The only thing I’m happy with is that I didn’t buy the car.
I purchased a 2021 Kona last week. I am hesitant with sales reviews "usually". I wanted to find a new car without being ambushed and pushed, but I also... wanted someone who knew what they were selling without having to ask someone else first. Thankfully, we hooked up with Gabe Johnson! Not pushy, explained everything I needed to know, was very pleasant, intelligent, and made a dreadful (to me) experience of purchasing a vehicle actually, even though I hate to admit it, quite delightful. This dealership is clean, and comfortable. I have already recommended this dealership and especially Gabe to friends, family, and associates. Gabe went OUT of his way to help me, I'm still sorry about the license plate! Thank you Gabe! And thank you Dennis Hyundai! Love the Kona!!!!

Worst car buying experience in the past 15 years! Inexperienced sales staff misrepresented vehicle options, long purchase process (over 6.5 hours!) Plays... the car selling tricks of the trade. Had to return to the dealership the next morning and spend another 6 hours there to repair a tire problem. No effort made to resolve the bad experience other than to return the car and go somewhere else. Unbelievable! Good thing I like my car!

Dublin staff is attentive and ready to go. Though of course you may run into a couple of shady salesman tricks, the sales manager and finance manager were... pretty straightforward and made sure to explain everything so you'd understood. Salesman Scott did well. He didn't try to hard sell me on a car and showed me options that I liked. I think inventory selection is good enough.

My dealer and the staff were very professional and very humble. Each staff member I came across had great customer service. Not once did they give me "false... hope". Not understanding why I never came in to Dennis in Dublin to begin my car search. I went through A LOT with other dealerships. And by far Dennis Hyundai of Dublin have made my year! Thank you Everyone!
There was a Dennis Hyundai I went at Easton, and they were horrible. They told me they couldn't get me the car I wanted and tried to talk me out of it.... Dennis Hyundai of Dublin immediately said yes we can do that. They also said they are willing to setup discounts for me. There was even a small mishap with pricing and they fixed it. They went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. Definitely go to them and not to the Easton one.
