    I lost my car after Hurricane Irma. My brother lives in Fredericksburg & suggested that I visit this dealership. I called ahead and spoke with Marcus Martin. We discussed the kind of car I needed and my price range. When I arrived from SC, Marcus had several cars ready. Teddy then helped me narrow it down to the optimal car with all of the features I wanted, being respectful of my budget. Next, I sat with Dave to learn about financing & warranty options. He explained everything so that I could make the best possible decision. Buying a car has always been a dreaded activity. I've felt vulnerable to being ripped off. Teddy was very professional and kind. There was no pressure and I was able to be relaxed throughout my visit. The employees at this dealership wanted to make sure I left with the right car at a fair price. It was well worth the drive.

    I was at Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg recently to "kill time" while my wife shopped at a nearby grocery store. My intent was to browse inventory for a possible future purchase. Soon after I arrived, I ran into Teddy Parker, who sold me my first two Mercedes C300s. Before long, I had made the decision to trade in for my third C300, thanks to Teddy's excellent salesmanship -- very friendly, very knowledgeable, no pressure. Will go to him for my next purchase.

    Scott was my salesman. All of them here treated myself and my friend with great respect. We came from 2 hours away looking at a used Rogue. Ended up getting another car(Corolla) they said they had. All the managers came and greeted us and even invited us to their own lunch they had (chicken.) I was not spending Mercedes money, but was treated just as special. Would do business with again.

    I came in just to browse and had such a pleasant experience. I was greeted by Teddy the salesman who was charming but most importantly professional. He listened to me when I described what I was looking for and didn't try to suggest anything that I was not looking for. He showed to be very knowledgeable about his cars and if he didn't know something, he made sure to find out for me right away. Not only was Teddy exactly what I needed in a Salesman, but all the staff for more than willing to help me. If I ever had any sense of need, somebody asked me if I needed any help before I had to request it. They even put the car up on the lift for me to let me look at it before I purchased it even when the mechanics were gone and it was after hours. David Bowers really seemed to know his stuff and was very helpful in creating a practical plan when financing this vehicle to meet my needs. Everybody seems to always be on the ball. One of my favorite features about this dealership is that you get free car washes and vacuum whenever you want! They also have refreshments and water cookies muffins and bananas just in case you need a snack along the way!

    Our check engine light suddenly came on when we were on 85 heading north. We remembered seeing this dealership close to the highway so called about coming in. The receptionist was very nice & said to come in & she'd get me right over to service. When another person answered in the service department I explained our predicament & she replied, "Sorry, we're too busy today". I was shocked by this response. Never thought we'd be treated that way from an MB dealership! We found a different one & they were fabulous.

    I went into this expecting a fight. What I found instead was Richard Slater II. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Originally, I had an appointment scheduled after my time with Mr. Slater, but decided to cancel. He had what I needed for the price that I was looking for. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. He's awesome! Thank you!!

    Brought my 2009 M Class Bluetec in for normal "B" service as the time ran out before the mileage. I left with a $1400.00 bill for routine service on the engine and transmission. The car was washed and cleaned as usual when I picked it up. This was prior to a long domestic trip and as usual I checked the car again. The first thing I found was that both intake tubes to the twin air filters were not connected and laying down in the bottom of the engine compartment. It was by sheer luck that they were not chewed up by the serpentine belt or the damper. I returned and this was repaired, but I decided to check further when I returned home and carefully review the bill. I noticed that I was charged $90.00 for wiper blades and took a look at them. They left black streaks on my hand just as older blades do. Further inspection revealed the adblue tank half full which I serviced myself. My trip was coming up so I could not return to the dealer. The trip did go without further incident. No telling what would have happened if I had lost the serpentine belt en-route. I will still recommend this dealer based on past experience, but this is the second example on this vehicle of something that should not happen.

    I drove over an hour to buy an Suv , was assured by the salesman that there was room to work on the price. Needless to say, apparently we did not fit the Mercedes profile of a buyer. We were treated very rudely and shown a piece of paper with the full sticker price, when asked salesman about negotiations he stated we don't negotiate you pay what the sticker says and on top of that they were charging $600.00 processing fee. I would not recommend this dealer. I have purchased many cars in my life and have never been snubbed.
