    Brought my 2009 M Class Bluetec in for normal "B" service as the time ran out before the mileage. I left with a $1400.00 bill for routine service on the engine and transmission. The car was washed and cleaned as usual when I picked it up. This was prior to a long domestic trip and as usual I checked the car again. The first thing I found was that both intake tubes to the twin air filters were not connected and laying down in the bottom of the engine compartment. It was by sheer luck that they were not chewed up by the serpentine belt or the damper. I returned and this was repaired, but I decided to check further when I returned home and carefully review the bill. I noticed that I was charged $90.00 for wiper blades and took a look at them. They left black streaks on my hand just as older blades do. Further inspection revealed the adblue tank half full which I serviced myself. My trip was coming up so I could not return to the dealer. The trip did go without further incident. No telling what would have happened if I had lost the serpentine belt en-route. I will still recommend this dealer based on past experience, but this is the second example on this vehicle of something that should not happen.

    I drove over an hour to buy an Suv , was assured by the salesman that there was room to work on the price. Needless to say, apparently we did not fit the Mercedes profile of a buyer. We were treated very rudely and shown a piece of paper with the full sticker price, when asked salesman about negotiations he stated we don't negotiate you pay what the sticker says and on top of that they were charging $600.00 processing fee. I would not recommend this dealer. I have purchased many cars in my life and have never been snubbed.

    I want to look at a used Lexus that was priced great. The salesman was outstanding to work with. I set up an appointment to look at the car. However one hour into the trip to Fredericksburg the salesman called to inform me the car was sold at auction online. I called the general manger to just try and figure out what caused the confusion since they pulled the car from the auction to show it to me. I received no call back. I guess a courtesy call was not worth their time.

    I am completely in love with my new car and Rich was a dream to work with. He was professional, patient, kind, gave me excellent recommendations, and detailed in his description of the car. He was genuinely as excited as I was to pair me with my dream car and even took the time to register my car in VA for me, affix my new plates, and provide me with my registration so I didn't have to worry about it. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you want to get a Mercedes, call Rich! He is the best

    They were very professional with their outreach, however they informed me that the vehicle I was interested in was no longer available (not their fault). However they left the ad posted for several weeks after the fact which provided info on a vehicle that was in fact no longer available.

    I've been searching for the perfect car for my daughter for the past two months. I stopped by Mercedes-Benz Of Fredericksburg late on a Wed night, and I was fortunate to meet their Sales Consultant, Marcus Martin. I explained my buying considerations and Marcus showed me the GLA250, which I loved for it's styling, interior comfort and technology, safety features, and performance. Specifically, I loved the sporty styling, fuel economy of 35 MPG Highway, backup camera with wide angle view, navigation system and control feature, and responsiveness of the 4cyl engine. Marcus not only helped me find the perfect car, but he helped me save almost $10K by showing me an immaculate 2016 GLA250 certified pre-owned with just 4400 miles. Without this savings, it would have been more difficult to purchase a Mercedes for my daughter. I credit Marcus with finding me the right car and the right deal, with no haggling, after less than 20 minutes on the lot. When it came time to complete the paperwork and financing, Marcus and Dave Bowers (Finance Manager), were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining the process and quickly moving us to completion. There was no pressure to purchase services I didn't want, but all add-on options were carefully explained. Dave was even able to help me save some additional money by shopping for a low finance APR which was .75% below my best rate from my bank. My experience at Mercedes-Benz Of Fredericksburg was exceptional, and I owe my positive response to the great product and the outstanding service provided by my Sales Consultant, Marcus Martin. I definitely recommend you visit this dealership and ask for Marcus. He'll do his best to support your goals.
