Would give this place negative reviews if we could. Went to go look at a 2018 Subaru Forester . Upon looking at the car noted damage to the car, the sales... associate immediately said we are a non negotiating car dealership. What kind of car dealership doesn't negotiate?! They did not know anything about the vehicle , specs, telling me wrong specs. Told me that putting the handle in L bumps the RPMs . Anyone who knows anything about a vehicle knows this disengages the shifting capability of the transmission does not "bump" the rpms. We had a check in hand made out for the dealership and had 2000 down , we were just asking for 500-1000 off for the damage, they would not only not budge but were very rude about it . Do not shop here they know nothing about cars or customer service. Just the reviews in yelp are very suspicious only one and five stars . Be warned
This was the easiest buying experience ever! Although it was a really long process. We went in wanting a beautiful Chrysler 300C they had on the lot. We... weren't sure we'd get it either considering how much we owed on our van. But they made it work and we walked away with additional warranty, roadside, and Gap for less monthly than we thought we would. Thank you for helping me to get one of my dream cars.
Staff was super nice, Brent was the one that helped us and he wasnt pushy. Drove off with a Hyundai Genesis. Absolutley love my car and the buying process... was smooth! Thank you!
It came down to color and sales tax rate. It is very hard to beat their prices. We went to the dealer in Everett and it was a nightmare! Simple purchase.... I’ll be back!
Only giving a one star as zero wasnt an option! Spent hours in this dealership handling paperwork only to be told that the finance guy would be sending... us all our "certs" within week because was late...left with little more than something to prove we weren't stealing the vehicle if pulled over. Three weeks later, no call from dealership but i had received call from my bank that my car hadn't yet been paid off (my Lexus trade in!!) Contacted them...oops, sorry, that finance guy no longer here and we dont have any of your paperwork, come back to our dealership and START OVER!!! At this point, im getting threatening letters from my auto ins because Lexus still in my name w/bal, though small, but its uninsured! I have to make the 90min drive again on my Saturday to rework all the paperwork. Oh, btw, bring this months car payment with you...umm, ok?! Went in, signed again, gave that months paperwork and they finally paid off my trade in. Fast fwd 45 days and o start getting collection notices from Hyundai in mail...because they never submitted my payment they took, nor apparently set me up on auto debit from my checking which we signed for and doesn't everyone!!!! Ughhhh...so my perfect credit is now threatened and I have to call and deal with Hyundai directly, pay the $10 fee for giving them payment over phone, call back in two days after payment has cleared and request auto debit. That said, so far as i can tell they have screwed me out of two monthly payment submissions at roughly $505 ea, but then i received one check in mail from them...no explanation or apology for roughly $700. Now im not a math major but it does not add up!! Never again!!! You get exactly what you pay for...
I posted yesterday about a poor experience here. Although I was very unhappy I wish to update that management assured me it was a big misunderstand and... everything they originally offered was good and even made things a bit better. Kudos to the staff for addressing a customers concerns and quickly rectified the situation. I am a businessman and understand stumbles....great good of customer satisfaction
Bad experience. Been shopping for a car for several months and zeroed in on one that I saw on their website. Vehicle number rebates Etc equals a total... price of the car at at a cost that look appealing. Went in to look at the car staff was nice, went for a test drive, they gave me a printout. I wanted to barter with them a bit but they informed me their program was a one price to all customers no negotiation required. Kind of surprised me at first but after thinking about it about that this might be a refreshing experience and just went with it. Arrange the time for them to look at my car for trade in value, course they low-balled it which isn't anything new and not the reason for my complaint. After waiting 20 minutes in the lobby while my sales person worked with the manager on a final price, he finally came out with paperwork and went into a long, long story about how the rebates were not good on my particular car and they had no way of knowing it until today. Blamed it all on Hyundai for not making it clear what model of car was. While I'm waiting and going through this BS, another salesperson pulled up a similar model and they wanted me to go take a look at it. Basically the end it was a car that did not have the same features and they wanted more money then the actual car that I wanted to purchase. After explaining to them I have a written quote and a copy off the internet, they still refuse to honor that price and kept trying to sell me the second car. I'd have to say. Unhappy with experience and after seeing the ad still on their website at the end of the day I wish to warn other people if they see the same car he probably won't get to buy it for what they're advertising
I went to look at a tundra and the sales guy wasn’t helpful and refused to budge even a dollar on the sales price. A couple weeks later they have dropped... the price a thousand dollars. Terrible sales, he was the reason I left without the truck.
Don't trust them -- they don't actually check any fluids, just recommend they be filled based on mileage! It's a ploy to get you to buy their maint. packages... -- $$$$$
