Service advisor Terry saved the day. After my daughters car was towed in Terry was able to get it in and repaired quickly. His responsiveness and ability to take care of the issue is second to none.

Friendly, fast and didn’t try to dicker with price. Salesperson, Fares Yasin was nice knowledgeable and helpful. He did a good job and we would recommend him.

Headache

My Vehicle was in an accident and I driver Didge I figured take it to dodge dealership. Worst mistake this dealership had my vehicle for almost 4 months and on top of that I had to repeatedly call. No one would call or update me on the status of my vehicle. This is also my only means of transportation. And also the the work wasn’t completed so now my vehicle is back at this dealership going on 3 weeks with No communications and continuously placed on hold for 30-45mins this is the worst from Aug to Dec trying to get my car truck back in one piece.

I took my car in for repairs. I mentioned 6 things that...

I took my car in for repairs. I mentioned 6 things that needed fixing (a humming/grinding that was happening to the radio no longer functioning to a wiper nozzle falling off), they only repaired the nozzle. They claimed the bearings needed fixing, but when I got the car back the humming/grinding was still there. They then tried telling me it was the tires but it was the rotors. The radio they didn't bother to do anything with due to the radio "being discontinued" I feel they just fixed the least expensive item and then "did not want to be bothered with the rest" Very disappointed.

Im the happiest with my purchase, we had a great experience, first with Daniel he’s very polite and friendly, then the manager who helped us a lot with the finance and the price !!!, the guy who helped us with the plates and he also gave us much more good information and last but no least the Owner Mr mancari who was checking with us all the time and was the nicest we are definitely coming back!!! I’m the happiest with all the experience and of course my new dodge SUV Thank you guys !!!

I have given mancaris my business for years and the moment I come in to purchase a car with cash, they won't even come down on the price to at least show customer appreciation. They don't appreciate long time good customers. They have lost my business.

I went to the auto show with my family over the weekend...

I went to the auto show with my family over the weekend and became very interested in the new Grand Wagoneer by Jeep. I decided to visit this dealership with my son tagging to inquire further about this vehicle as well as the Grand Cherokee and to show my son that larger purchases require more thought and preparation. I met a sales and explained that I was about 12 months from making a final decision on a purchase and his response was "WELL COME BACK IN 12 MONTHS". The ignorance and disrespect he showed me as well as my son lets me know that this salesperson is less than professional. I asked him for his card so I could report the disrespect and this gentleman gave me the card of another person. I know this for a fact because he was wearing a name tag around his neck that said Oscar Rodriguez, but the name on the card belong to a woman. He scratched the name out and wrote Juan in pen. I left the dealership but the dishonesty was getting to me and my son also need to know not to let people insult his intelligence without consequence. I returned to the dealership and spoke with the sales manager and explained the situation and my outrage in the appalling and disgraceful behavior of this salesperson. He assured me that he would have a sit down with him but honestly it need to be a termination meeting. I will be taking this the Mancari ladder all the way to the owner if possible. This individual should not be allowed to represent a business with such a lack of respect and ethics for customers when he holds a position that is more customer service than it is sales.

The waste my time

I called them before to be sure this car is still available....They said "let me check-yes" I came end they didn't have this car....I asked them "what if I was from different state? You waste my time!!!! No car =no deal 🤷‍♂️
