Great customer service
Joseph was the salesman and he did everything to put my mind at ease. He went above and beyond his job to make me feel better about buying a vehicle. He even told me to go home and think about it. He even bought my dinner not knowing if I was going to go through with the deal or not. Very pleased with the dealership overall.
The only place to buy a Toyota!
Extremely professional. Smooth and easy buying experience. Employees were all very friendly and at least four of them offered my a cold bottle of water! 100 plus degrees that day!
Inquiring about a car which was serviced here
I was inquiring about a car which serviced at this dealership so that I can make a informed decision. The lady who picked up the phone in the service department seemed to be in a hurry and sounded rude. Not a very nice experience
Worst shopping experience
I was going to buy a new car. And the sales person was not giving me total priceof the car I wanted. I was keep asking him to give me the total price and he would never gave. I do not know why. He was giving me monthly payments options but not giving me total price. Who would buy the car if the sales person doesn?t give the total amount of the car? The sales person had a time to go to smoke cigarettes, but he could not give me the price of the car? I just walked away from the place. I was so disappointed. I always use this north Toyota Bakersfield for maintenance of my car. I will still come to use the service but I would never ever tried to buy car from this place.
Best service I've had in a dealership
They were amazing from the moment we walked in. I just want to give a big thank you to Amir, Matt, Majid, and Gary. If you have any questions or are looking for a vehicle these guys are awesome. North Bakersfield Toyota is the best dealership I've had the pleasure to deal with. We left with an amazing vehicle and Alan in finance was a life saver with the warranties he told us about. We are covered fully for years to come. Thank you again to the guys at North Bakersfield Toyota for getting us taken care of.
Honestly don't have time for this but what the heck, it started when I purchased my used 2012 4 door 4x4 Tacoma and was givin 5 free oil changes which at the time seemed good, at least I thought. It seemed like a huge head ache ever single time I tried to get them to honor this agreement. Far as I can tell it was a break down in communication internally. One person tells me one thing and another would say another. I did not enjoying schedualling these appointments because I knew every time is was going to be a huge ordeal until this last time when the gentleman doing his job no dought told me to pretty much kick rocks! Thanks. Just honor what is agreed appone and don't make things difficult.
