I purchased a car brand new from Fox and the purchasing experience was fantastic, that is where the good experience ended. Within the first 200 miles my... brand new car had two solenoid issues back to back. Both times they didn't offer me a loaner car despite taking 3 days to get my brand new car fixed, the second time I asked for a loaner car and the service adviser just shrugged and told me he didn't have any loaners available. Luckily I had family who knew someone in management who they complained to and he managed to find me something to drive even though it was a fresh trade-in that hadn't even been cleaned yet. Next came multiple regular service appointments as I had purchased a service contract along with the car. Every single time I had regular service I set an appointment ahead of time for early to mid morning and dropped my car off first thing when they opened. Every single time I went back mid to late afternoon and they told me they hadn't had a chance to work on it and were just starting, this of course meant I spent 45 minutes in the waiting room despite the fact that my car was supposed to be worked on hours before I even arrived. All of this could be written off as them just being far too busy with bad time management but my last experience was the one that sealed the deal. At around 20,000 miles my car ended up needing the rear brake pads and rotors replaced. This is a known issue with Subarus manufactured around the time of mine as the brakes would regularly get stuck and wear down the rotors prematurely. They tried to charge me full price to replace the pads and rotors. I had to talk with the service adviser multiple times on the phone before they eventually "found" a Subaru service program for this known issue where the entire repair could be performed for a $100 deductible. How does a licensed Service center not know about this common issue and the replacement program offered by Subaru? With Fox being the only licensed Subaru service center in the area I honestly will never buy another Subaru. I don't feel any faith in the brand when I can't get it reliably serviced.

We just bought a used vehicle from Fox Marquette and all in all we're very happy with our experience. As soon as we walked into the dealership we were... treated with respect and sincerity. They made the browsing and buying process very easy. Kent was understanding of our particular needs and didn't try to push something on us that we didn't want or was above our price range. They were able to do everything right from the dealership including the title and plate transfer so we didn't have to go to the Secretary of State or bank for anything, so easy! Thanks guys for a great buying experience!

Was done quick asked them to look at my multi function switch to see why my wipers were stuck on delay they charged me $80!!
Everyone seems to be very professional yet friendly. The technicians seem to be very thorough and check things I don't think about until a problem arises.
