    I had a great buying experience at Thompson Toyota. Everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with - especially Jeff, Adam and Tom! The team there is top-notch and the facilities there are very impressive! I bought a 2016 Camry and I'm loving it! Rides beautifully and the interior feels great! I'm looking forward to many years with it!

    I have been working with this dealership for over 28 years, and I have been buying cars exclusively from them for 28 years. They are extremely honest, they will sell you a good car every time, and I feel safe dealing with them because I know that they won't rip me off. My family also has been buying cars from them for many years - my parents (now deceased) and my brother and his wife. My parents lived 30 miles away from the dealership, but they would not go to a closer one; they only wanted to deal with the Thompson Organization. I was the same way when I lived in Philadelphia. Thompson won't sell you a bad car, and their service department is top-notch. If they mess up on a repair, they will not charge you to fix the problem; they stand behind their work. Besides, 99% of the time, the service department will do it right the first time, and they won't recommend repairs that you do not need; in fact they'll tell you that you don't need the repair, if that is the case, should you ask to have it done. They are not out to pad their pockets dishonestly or unnecessarily. I would be proud to recommend them to anyone.

    I purchased a 2015 Rav4 from Thompson. I also own a 2007 Sequoia that I have been taking to Thompson for service since I purchased it. The Sequoia was used when I purchased it. Wouldn't consider any other dealership for purchase or service. It is a pleasure going for service there. What a wonderful establishment. I am Toyota for life.

    I went there to look at a 2016 Rav-4. This Dealership is one of the Highest Toyota Dealerships around. I saw an advertisement for a Toyota Rav-4 lease special $299 with zero down on the internet. These guys do not honor any of Toyota Advertised Lease Specials. If your in a market to buy a Toyota you may wanna do your homework prior to stopping in here.

    Most of the times that I have had to visit the service department I have left annoyed and frustrated due to rude staff behind the service desk. So because of a couple of employees (that have been there for years) I finally had it and will never buy from a Thompson dealer and even ever buying a Toyota again. For me the way I am treated by the staff is just as important as the service provided. The last time and many other times, they were chatting about their weekend while I and others were waiting to drop off our cars for service so we can get to our own jobs. And when I said "Good Morning" which interrupted their conversation, both employees just glared at me. The rest of the conversation with this lady.was full of passive-aggressive thanks yous and sirs. And when it was obvious she was being a rude, the other guy working there just glared at me instead of trying to assist. Before you buy a car make sure the service department is staffed with normal, pleasant people. I can't wait to unload my Prius and get a car from a different dealer so I never have to go to a Thompson dealer (Doylestown, PA). Horrible experience.

    The process of purchasing a new car can be overwhelming, but exciting. Each and every person I dealt with at Thompson was pleasant, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all, accommodating . My salesman, Tim Earles, assisted me in acquiring the Highlander that best fit my needs and budget. There was not a Highlander available when I first browsed, but he called me with the availability of one that suited my criteria the very next day. The purchasing process was convenient with the application for credit completed quickly by computer. There were clear explanations about options available for extended warranties and coverages, but no pressure to purchase. I was able to leave a bit later the same day with my vehicle. Tim then took additional time to familiarize me with the technology of the car, including syncing my phone to the car, as well as reviewing the standard equipment. I could not be happier with the entire experience.

    Our salesman Julian made the entire experience horrible for me. As a first time buyer of a new car I had many questions. Julian consistently talked directly to my husband as if i was not there. At times even ignoring my questions. Bottom line was no matter how stupid or unimportant my question was it mattered to me. The rest of the sales team and finance team were amazing. They went above and beyond to keep the payments to an amount we could afford. I would purchase again but ith a different salesman. I love my new car
