This dealership has a great team that made everything easy. They asked a fair price and treated me very well. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I just purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion from there. Overall the service was fantastic and they were very helpful with all questions. They got the car in excellent condition upon pickup. Jimmy was a pleasure to work with, and was very honest and informative. I will definitely look there again for my next car. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board was because the gas tank was almost empty when I picked it up.

I'd like to commend Road Ready Used Cars on a job well done. We had originally been interested in a lower priced older car we'd seen in their listings, but salesman Jim S. and owner Ron gave us a number of other options on newer, better condition cars based on what we were able to put down for a car. No pressure, no hassles. We settled on a 2006 Cobalt in really good shape, a few minor issues were addressed and discussed, and the buying/financing process went smoothly and relatively painlessly. The car was delivered very clean, runs very well and we're very happy with it. We'd shop there again when the need for another car arises. The business is handled in a friendly yet professional way.

I was browsing for a new car so I went to road ready in Bridgeport. As soon as I pulled up I saw the car that I wanted. Ron and his crew did a wonderful job working with me on getting the vehicle that I wanted. Thanks a million guys.

I recently bought a 2001 Chevy Ventura. The car when I looked at it was in good shape and the test drive was good as well. I asked if I could have them put it on a lift so I could get a good look underneath. I was not surprised when they said no. So I crawled on the ground and looked. When I looked there was a spare tire there. However two weeks later when I was pulling up my driveway in my wife's car I looked underneath and guess what NO SPARE TIRE. It was there prior to buying and now it is gone. SO I will have to buy a spare tire now. Also they say that they do all these checks including changing the oil, Guess what when I check the oil the day after I got home, it was almost empty. Good Car, dealer may be shady not sure, but taking my spare tire sure was not a nice thing to do.

WE BOUGHT A USED CAR AND THE PROCESS WAS MADE SO EASY..FINANACING WAS GREAT AND WE WERE ABLE TO GET A LOW RATE.. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL.. I WILL RECOMMEND ALL VETERANS TO THIS DEALER ....

I am writing this review based on my experience, this is my second car from them and Ron and his staff have always been respectful and helpful. I purchased a second car from them this year in 2013 as an addition and I still drive the first one I purchased from them. You cannot please everyone but I have always got good service and they have always been honest about what they can do when it comes to payment options and the reliability of the cars I have purchased. This dealership definitely rates as one of the best dealerships in CT when it comes to quality used cars and I will continue to buy from them because I always got great service. I will not trash anyone but a few years ago I purchased a certified Toyota from Toyota of Westport, now that was a bad experience,the water pump went and the fanbelt broke the first week after paying the premium price for the used Toyota and what bothered me was the sales pitch on how many things the Toyota of Westport people check before the car goes out the door. When I complained to the sales rep that sold me the car at the bigger dealership, I was told by him that if it shows even a little wear they tend not to change it. In contrast, when I had a blown a tire going home one evening in the car I just purchased at Road Ready, they cut me a check to cover the cost of the tire I had replaced, what dealership will do that for you? They are friendly, upfront and provide reliable cars what more can you ask for!

In a few words-allstar 5 STAR. From meeting the staff to being taken care of by Ron [owner] our expierence was awesome. The quality of buying and inventory were both unlimited and the cleanliness of our vehicle brought us back for another....:)
