SUPERIOR Dealership. Quality staff!
Before my husband and I purchased our car from your dealership, we had spent a few days hunting for the right one. I drove a Ford Escape, an older model, and loved it, so we came to your dealership to look at the Fords. I can honestly say that it was the FIRST time we actually felt comfortable. Our sales consultant, Caitlin Kennedy-Correa, really listened to our wants and needs and steered us (no pun intended) toward the right choice. She was so respectful and attentive, and actually made the buying experience very pleasant and personal. Now granted, her main purpose there is to sell cars for you. And she did it almost effortlessly because of her demeanor. In fact, Caitlin cemented our opinions of her with the way she performed AFTER the deal was done. She handled every task (registration, insurance, financing, syncing) very smoothly....we had no worries! Caitlin spent so much time with me, in the car itself, showing me how to work the various components and making me feel comfortable. When I left the dealership, I actually hugged her. By the way, I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge and absolutely LOVE it. You will see us again!

Courteous Service Writer
John our service writer was courteous and very helpful. When our warranty service took longer than expected, he provided us with a free rental vehicle until our car was done the next day. He also went out of his way to get the touch-up paint I had asked for and put it in our car so all we had to do was pay the bill for it when we picked it up.

Simple and easy experience
My salesman was excellent, just the right amount of pressure without pushing me away. I would refer him specifically to others. I also liked the finance person I worked with. Same deal, he informed me of what i needed to know but he let me make the decision of what i wanted to do.

There was a small problem with the body repair work I had done (major accident), but when I brought the car back, they fixed it quickly while I waited. Very courteous and helpful.

my service contact was friendly, helpful and professional. I was waiting in the facility while the work was done and he went out of his way to keep me posted. The problem was identified and corrected quickly and efficiently.
