    Ronnie Adayan is an amazing service adviser. He has handled the service of our two Volvo vehicles for the last two years or so and has gone above and beyond to address all of our service needs. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles and great at problem-solving. He is prompt when getting back to us and delivering our vehicles in a timely fashion. He is the reason we keep coming back to your service department.

    Excellent experience purchasing my vehicle. Sales people were generally speaking helpful. Follow up service has been terrible. Waited until I had been for service twice before writing a review however both experiences have been terrible. Upon arrival at the service department, I was failed to be greeted both times and waited awkwardly in my car for someone to approach me. Waited 15 minutes past appointment time both times before I was able to hunt someone down to help me. Wait times on a simple oil change seem to be almost unbelievable. Both times I was told it would take about an hour and waited over 2 hours easily. Overall, I find the staff in the Service department unhelpful and the service quite slow. Unfortunately I will definitely look to try another dealership next time my vehicle needs service.

    My visit for an oil and filter change was about as nice as it can be...I appreciated the chat we had and the knowledge I gained about how to check on things I need to find out about my Mazda... Too many times service writers are concerned only with how much they can make by steering customers into this service and that service, or check this and check that.....I especially hate it when I know more about the car than the person I'm dealing with... I hope my writer is still there when I go back for another oil change....Now if I can find his card that will be even better... Getting old sucks....
